My family was craving that signature Taco Bell dinner tonight, so we ordered delivery from the Taco Bell on Anderson Road in Rock Hill S.C. We ordered about $30 worth of food, and with delivery, tax, and tip, it ended up right at $45. Not bad for a family, but when our Dasher delivered our bag of goodies, there was not one pack of Taco sauce in the bag! No way is a taco, burrito, or even a tortilla chip any good without sauce. We ordered 20 packets of "Hot" and 10 packets of "Mild" sauces with our order, and it was clearly present on our order and clearly printed on our receipt. Neither the Taco Bell employee nor the Dasher took one look at our meal to ensure the order was complete before it was sent out. The Dasher was friendly and timely, and I'm sure he was just handed the bag, but having no sauce for our meal was a complete disaster! Taco Bell's signature sauce is what makes you order their food in the first place. Not one of you reading this post would eat a Taco Bell burrito or Taco without at least one packet of sauce on it. It made what would have been an awesome dining experience at home a complete disappointment. All our food was there, why not the sauces? Same list to look at as the food items. Complete lazy negligence by some teenager who hates his job, obviously, but I hope this post will correct that. I love Taco Bell, but I will never forget this bad experience, and going forward, I may never order takeout from there ever again. (That is, unless I have taco sauce in my fridge already) The biggest problem I had was I tried to contact Taco Bell and complain about my experience only to be snubbed again by the app. After my long rant comment twice, it wouldn't allow me to hit send, and hitting the back button erased my typing twice. Made me so mad I turned to Google! I wanted to warn everyone that delivery is not 100% satisfying from the Anderson Road location of Taco Bell. At least it wasn't tonight. Do better guys, or it will be burgers over tacos next...
Read moreI visited this location the night of 1/18/25 with my friends & we placed 3 small mobile orders. After receiving our orders at the drive thru, we pulled over in the parking lot to eat. When we opened our bags, we noticed items were missing on 1 of the orders & after biting into burritos on our other 2 orders, we realized they were the wrong burritos. My friend had to go to the door twice... once to explain items were missing & the second time to explain we got the wrong food. Once our "corrected" orders were replaced, we realized that they still had some items incorrect. We had to pull back through the drive-thru to get the order corrected again. My "corrected" order included a bean burrito with extra cheese & red sauce & a crispy cantina chicken taco. The bean burrito had about an entire cup of onions in it & my crispy chicken taco only had a few pieces of chicken on one side of the taco. All of our food was cold, dry, & unappetizing. See attached photos just of my bean burrito & chicken taco for reference (not including everyone else's orders). I guess what I simply can not comprehend is the fact that all 3 of our orders were mobile orders, so the order pops up on their screen exactly as it was ordered. It's not like a verbal order that was misunderstood. I know we live in a day where "we listen & we don't judge" & I'm not the type of person to post negative reviews but do better Taco Bell on Anderson Road!! I will never return to this location again & I'm a Taco Bell lover. I will say this was reported to corporate & they did resolve the issue with refunds, but it was a...
Read moreThis location is probably the worst location in the Rock Hill area. I usually stop by TB probably 3-4 times a month. It’s a go to favorite for me but this location specifically is consistently out of EVERYTHING. They barely have the bare minimum. I have never been to a Taco Bell that was so understocked and was only able to make plain soft and hard tacos. The last time, they were out of CHEESE, nacho fries, and weren’t able to make any fired items for an unknown reason.
On top of this, I never get my correct order. After 3 times of checking my bag and having to sit in the drive thru AGAIN, I stopped pulling forward to allow the next customer in until I had accounted every piece of food I was supposed to receive. Many times after waiting and checking my bag, I have found more missing items. I have never been to this location and not had a fully correct order. I don’t like tomatoes and always ask for them to be taken off. I always get tomatoes. Cool, whatever, I can pick them off.
This location also has the worst staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’m met with rude remarks, nasty attitudes, and I’m made to feel like a burden for trying to get food after work. Asking for hot sauce seems like the end of the world to the cashiers! It’s ridiculous!!
All in all, save your time and go to the Dave Lyle Blvd Taco Bell. Immensely better, stocked, and...
