We will not order from Domino's again. Driver left claiming no one was home. Said he knocked and rang the doorbell, our doorbell is super loud Tracker online said pizza was delivered. I thought honest mistake, delivered to the wrong address, it happens, I can handle that. Then I called at about 7:10 pm, ordered at around 6pm, even though they claim it was 6:24, but it doesn't show on the online order. The person I talked to claimed it was still on its way. Waited 10 minutes and called again. Person on the phone said our pizza was at their store under the warmer. After an hour I said I didn't want the same pizza. They said but it's under the warmer. It's fine. I kept saying I wanted it remade. So she told me I could talk to the GM. So I did. He tried to say the same thing. No remake, no nothing, like it was our fault, even though we had 8 people at home that definitely would have heard a knock and absolutely a doorbell. Finally after enough arguing he agreed to remake it. Said it would be longer. So that meant another 40 minutes before anyone showed up. The driver was very short, almost threw the food and the sauces at us like he was mad at us. I can tell you right now I have never ever made a review like this. But I'm not sure this has ever happened without the restaurant or fast food place actually trying to fix it. But here it is. The food definitely didn't look remade. But it was hot 👍 lol. We ordered some of the cheese sauce and there was barely any covering the bottom of the pan. So I didn't know what else to do or say. I usually give a lot of grace on customer service. Read moreI have ordered from dominos every time I've ordered pizza in the last three years and today was absolutely the last time I will ever order from them. I noticed a pattern of employee behavior when I don't leave a tip either they will knock on my door to hand deliver or ask for a signature when I select contactless delivery. If I leave a tip they do not do this. It's honestly ridiculous and very pushy. Today I didn't even get my order because they were pushing for a signature and I told them I do not open my door for strangers regardless of it being a delivery driver or not that's why I choose contactless delivery. They said they would leave the order but we're going to stay to watch me get the order and I told them absolutely not. They said they would take the order back if they didn't watch me get it per their policy but the drivers have NEVER ONCE stayed to watch me get the order. I've never claimed to not receive my orders from them and I've never filed charge backs so they were just being difficult to be difficult. I do not open the door for anyone when my husband is not home because of fears I have that are debilitating and this has never been an issue until today. I ordered 3 pizzas, one of them was for a birthday person, and they ordered a large for theirs. It was supposed to have all sorts of toppings on it, chicken, and sausage. olives, an , mushrooms, but it had nothing. They put it down as light with original sauce. Yeah, like we want the biggest pizza out of the 3. Just plain . yeah, makes a lot of sense, right? Maybe if they turn down their music a little bit and actually pay attention to what they're doing . I was the only customer at the time. There's nobody else that had orders in, but apparently one order of three pizzas is too much to handle for 3 or 4 or or however many employees working. It seems like almost 70. Yes, percent of the time I have to call them. Because they screwed up or something's wrong, or they didn't do. just ridiculous, you can never get what you pay for or Jip you on your toppings. Fed up I ordered online, and they're saying the customer is wrong. Because that's not what it says on the receipt. It's like listen I don't care what you put on the receipt.
