Dash Inn — Restaurant in Lewistown

An employee tried to give me and my grandmother the wrong order. We had to insist we had a different order until we got, and paid for, the correct one. We thought things were remedied. When we got home, my grandma's own order was missing and I heard her order it and it was repeated back. My grandmother called Dash Inn just to get an employee on the phone who was argumentative, saying that it wasn't there, and instead of making any attempt to remedy it by saying "I'm sorry I must not have heard I understand you want to come back for your missing order, we will have it for you" she was argumentative that it didn't happen and offered no remedy or apologies to the situation. We had no receipt to verify ourselves what was on the order nor were we offered one.

This place has a lot to offer! Very tasty burgers and sandwiches. The menu is huge and is a lot to read for a drive up, so read it before hand if you can’t. The service is very quick and efficient, they will get you through the line quickly. It is one the best places in town for a good quality burger. They have a big drink selection and desserts. This place does not have RV parking and would hard to get in with a trailer so plan to park near by and walk if you have an RV. Prices are very reasonable and great value for what...

Decent food, but not honest business, that or they just don't know how to check things. Ordered a family order, and when we got there and paid they read back the order item for item so we figured it was right, well good thing we checked. They shorted us 2 hamburgers and an onion ring, after telling them, they took 35 minutes to fix our order and then still shorted us the onion rings.... I'll stick to more professional or at least...
