Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lewistown

This was one of the best experiences I have had in public in a really long time. Domino’s on Valley Street in Lewistown was CRAZY busy but when I called in my order the girl was very helpful and sweet. I haven’t been to dominos in 15 years so I had a few questions. I ordered a gluten free pizza and a soda. When I got there the parking lot was full so I knew they were busy. Inside the phone was ringing off the hook and the pizza makers were making pizza after pizza. I had my little boy with me and I didn’t know where to go or stand. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and said Hi! I can help you over here. It was so refreshing and reassuring. My child is a little bit excitable and they were so sweet to him and even gave him a cookie. Everyone behind the counter was very busy but so friendly and were smiling. When we got our pizza to leave a man cleaning up in the parking lot said Thank you have a good day! Absolutely insane I’m so pissed off right now I ordered food and when I call to have something changed I’m told they can’t do that so I just asked for it to be refunded then because I had an allergy and the. Could not have that item then I was told they couldn’t refund me the 7 dollars and that I would either have to pay for something I didn’t want or completely reorder and pay 50 dollars again. Ordered three large pizzas for my family visiting from out of town at 6:00 pm on a Thursday evening. 7:30 rolls around with no pizza we called and they forgot to place the order. They said it would be free and they would have it out in 20 min. Needless to say another hour later and still no pizza. Called a third time and they still hadn’t put the order in. I drove to the store to give them a piece of my mind and make sure they didn’t charge my card because it was like $56 worth of pizza.
