Drive by the open 24 hours sign all the time. You don’t think it’s that big inside but it’s big. Full bar, tons of seating, juke box, pool tables, and plenty of tv’s. I expected going at 100am would be either busy busy or slow. We arrived and sat in a booth and noticed about 15 total people there and we waited for anyone to acknowledge us for 30 minutes at least. We actually placed an online order for take out, looked through the online menu, ordered a calzone, lasagna, and house spaghetti BEFORE a waitress or staff welcomed us and took our drink order. After she advised us that it’s just her and the bartender tonight we got some draft beer. Very cold and reasonable price due to happy hour. When the bartender brought us the beer he mentioned that if we wanted faster service we should’ve sat at the bar or closer to it. Also after mentioned that we placed an online order ( no questions as to why) he said that we should’ve told him so he can check on it. I simply mentioned that I just hit submit as we were talking and that this was me notifying him. LOL After working all night we wanted some space but we placed the order right as they asked for the drink orders. So obviously with the very slow service because they had 15-20 people present and two employees, I had, needless to say, reservations about how the food would turn out. OMG DELICIOUS. We made a calzone with chicken and mushrooms, jalapeños, peppers and cheese with marinara sauce, house spaghetti, and a 5 layer lasagna with Italian sausage. One look at the calzone and I thought it was too overcooked. BOY WAS I WRONG. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. Lots of filling not just breading and perfect amount of cheese, not burnt and the sauce was delicious! The spaghetti and lasagna were fantastic. It’s a little pricey but certainly delicious. Just be prepared for a little wait or place a online order for a discount. The food was ready right when it said it would too. Basically I will go back again and maybe the service was a fluke and just really understaffed. The food is more home cooked restaurant quality than a fast restaurant open 24/7! Go you won’t be disappointed in the food!!

Old Hag’s Pizza and Pasta in Lewisville was the perfect, unexpected gem that became the heart of our wedding reception. We first stumbled upon this 24-hour spot late one night while driving back from Dallas, and what we found was something special — a cozy, rustic atmosphere, generous portions of truly delicious food, and a team that radiated warmth. The staff that night made such an impression that we left not only full but feeling genuinely uplifted. Fast forward a few weeks, and we were reaching out through their website with a wild idea — what if we held our wedding reception there? Carrie, the owner, responded with such authenticity and kindness that we instantly knew we were in good hands. Despite never having hosted a wedding reception before, she welcomed the idea with open arms and made the entire planning process easy and joyful. They allowed us full creative freedom: we brought our own decorations, cake, and even had my parents (who are professional karaoke hosts) set up a karaoke system for the night. Not only did they accommodate everything we hoped for, but they also brought in extra staff — just to make sure our guests were taken care of. The personal touches didn’t stop there. At the end of the evening, they gifted us a bottle of wine as a wedding present — something that spoke volumes about the kind of heart and hospitality this family-run restaurant brings to the table. Old Hag’s made our celebration feel like a true gathering of friends and family. Supporting small, down-to-earth businesses like theirs was a priority for us, and in return, they gave us a night we’ll never forget. We can’t thank them enough for saying "yes" to our reception and for making it so effortlessly magical. If you’re ever in Lewisville, whether it’s 2 PM or 2 AM, do yourself a favor and visit Old Hag’s. It’s more than just a pizza place — it’s a place where memories are made.

Old Hags Pizza is a 24-hour pizza place in Lewisville. It used to be a bar so there is a full bar, two pool tables, and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights. They also have $2.99 house red draft beer and 25% drinks Mondays through Thursdays. They have a pick up window open 24 hours for your late night cravings. I ordered the cauliflower gluten free crust char & cup pepperoni pizza. It was very thin and crispy which is what I like. Unfortunately, it is only available in 12” and that’s just a little too much for me, so I took home the rest. My husband ordered a meaty pan pizza. The crust was thick and chewy, and the toppings were generous. It was very cheesy too. I was a excited to find a new place with a gluten free crust option. I was surprised at the $18.99 price for just the crust; toppings were additional. I’ve included the receipt so you can see the breakdown of the price of each pizza. The atmosphere feels a bit run down, but it's clean. It's a good place to go if you're looking for a late-night bite to eat or a place to hang out with friends. Would I go back? Probably not. There are other more reasonably priced gluten free options closer to my home.

Let me start off by saying things got blown out of proportion was to much at the end of my night there...

I got to the place about 20-30mins before my friends showed up I ordered me a beer from the bar drank it while waiting for them to arrive. We all had a great time food and drinks till it was time for our separate tabs!!! Now before I get into this I'm letting y'all know this poor woman (waitress) was working the floor alone and it was busy I get it but while a hour went by and we all were waiting for our tabs to leave I noticed she was delivering other tabs to there tables and not ours that's when one of my friends said hey it's been over a hour to get out tabs I said ok cool. I went over and told 1 of the 2 owners that we have been waiting patiently and no tab, plus I mentioned I'm not out to get anyone in trouble or reprimanded but just wanted some results... So another 15 mins go by nothing so again but I went to the other owner and said hey I've already mentioned to you guys please give us our tabs so we can leave. Again they said yes we are getting right on that .. Well after ALL that the waitress FINALLY comes marching over like she was pissed I said something and SLAMMED my tab and a pen on the table and said I quote. HERE'S YOUR TAB and I would appreciate it if you wouldn't be so mean about it. So of course like anything else it escalated and she kept getting offended telling me she was the only one working and I told her over and over I get that I'm not blaming you it's the management that didn't have more than one person on the floor with all these people here but she continued to argue with me and take it like I was blaming her for everything.

And then she went along and told me and don't worry about my tip I don't expect it from you and I said well good because you're not getting one for your attitude I'm the customer customers are always right.... Which by the way on my way out the door had multiple customers saying the same thing waiting on their tabs you were right for what you said you kept it cool blah blah blah.

I'm just writing all this so that you the owners read this and know what happened and please know that I will never so much as even drive by your place let alone come back into that place again.

I'm 52 years old and have never been so disrespected as a customer in a food...

Still No Response—Avoid This Place!

It’s now February 2025, and despite my previous review and multiple attempts to get paid for my winning ticket from their video slot machines, I’ve received zero response from the establishment. They continue to ignore my request for payment, and the same excuses keep coming: “We don’t have the money right now,” or “We’ll put you on a list.” Yet months have passed, and nothing has been done.

This is beyond poor business practice—it’s outright dishonest. If a business offers gambling machines, they have a responsibility to honor payouts. At this point, it’s clear they either don’t care or don’t intend to pay. Maybe they just take the money for themselves. How is this legal?

If you’re considering playing their machines, think twice. You might win, but good luck actually getting your money. Until they take accountability and pay what they owe, I strongly urge people to take their business elsewhere.

INITIAL COMMENT: I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I’ve been trying to get paid out for a winning ticket from their video slot machines since September 2024, and it’s now January 2025 with no resolution in sight. Every single time I’ve asked about my payout, the staff gives me the same tired excuses: “We don’t have the money right now,” or “We will put you on a list and call you when we can pay", but nothing ever happens. It’s completely unacceptable that they are allowing this to drag on for months without any effort to resolve the issue. I’ve been more than patient, but this is beyond ridiculous at this point. If you plan on visiting and using their slot machines, be warned: they don’t honor their payouts, and the staff seems completely uninterested in fixing the situation. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to deal with the same...
