THEY LOST A CUSTOMER OVER GRAVY!!!

We've eaten from here often. I won't be back all because of 3 tablespoons of gravy. I spent 40.00 here on Feb 1. One side was mashed potatoes and gravy. I asked for them to be in separate containers and was told no. The lady said they had to be together. How ridiculous is that?! I tried to reason with her,, she talked to several other people and they all had an issue withe gravy being separate. At one point she said I could get the gravy separate if I paid 1.06. I speak Spanish and heard them talking about how I wanted gravy "separado" and all of them said no it has to be with the potatoes. Craziest thing ever. I actually drove 2 fish dinners 80 miles to some relatives and told them enjoy because I will never go their again. Losing a customer over gravy!! AND 3.OO for these Fried Green Tomatoes is a joke. Saw some good reviews for here and made a point to try the food. When we pulled up saw a few people leaving out of the front door with bags of food and thought although the dining room was closed I could go in and take my time looking at the menu so I could order after seeing the menu thoroughly. As soon as I walked in I was told quite sternly that I had to go through the Drive thru only. I got back in the car and pulled into the Drive thru and then had to quickly order because we had someone behind us right away. I ordered the Spicy Chicken meal combo and my wife got the Regular Chicken combo both came with Biscuits and potato wedges. Went to the window to pick up the food and again the server was very stern and very impatient. This is the only critical thing I can say about the restaurant because the food was solid. I absolutely love this chicken joint, however the last 3 times I have been here my order has been messed up. This last time I was missing an entire meal and when i called to tell them i was still parked in the parking lot waiting on the rest of my order who I assume was the manager came out and accused me of lying about not getting my food. Then when i showed her all the food i was given she mumbled something and walked back into the store to get my food. She then sent someone else out with the food i was missing but it was only the tenders and not the wedges or my sauce or my roll. So when I walked to the door in the pouring down rain I was, again, accused of lying about the food I was missing.
