food gets one star because we didn’t even order food. this is the 2nd time we’ve had huge issues with this store specifically. first time: highly pregnant, craving jimmy johns, line was long but we were there approx 20 minutes before close. well, closing time hit and they told everyone to get out, they weren’t making anymore sandwiches when they were TAKING THEIR TIME with making a full store worth of sandwiches. i’ve worked in restaurants, there was enough time, they just didn’t want to. now they’re playing not “business friendly” music. people walking in with kids. we asked if they had another station they could put on, they go to the back, turn it off, then turn it back on and no one moved to change the station at all. the staff laughed at the request to change the music, and then laughed even more when it came back on. such an unprofessional group of people. we aren’t saints but that song was over the top for a 12 year old to be listening to. turned around, walked out, and ate at a super friendly and wholesome place next door! try the burrito place, you won’t regret it! ps. not prego, but definitely was craving some jimmy john’s. super...

Went to grab a quick sub close to our hotel. Ordered 2 #1’s and two #7’s. When we got back to our hotel only the #1’s had meat on them. The other two subs had NO meat whatsoever. When we called the store to let them know the manager said he personally made the subs and he put the meat on them and that we needed to look harder!!! My husband then took the subs back up to the store to show that there was no meat on them. The manager then proceeded to accuse my husband of taking the meat off in order to pocket the money because we are “poor”. I’m appalled and can not believe someone with such a small mind is in a managerial position and would accuse a customer of taking off meat to pocket the money.
Btw, and I’m not one to say things like this but we are in town for a horse show at the Kentucky horse park and staying at the Marriott…..we definitely don’t need the money from our Jimmy John’s order...
Read moremanager was really rude when i asked if i could bring my order back and get a refund for it when it wasn’t what i wanted, he said he would only refund the drink because it was watered down and suggested that maybe next time i order a drink with no ice.. when the drink i ordered actually had no ice. he went back and forth with me on the phone for 5 mins straight. when i said i can come back up with the food again then he could give me a credit for the food, when that’s what he could’ve said at first but he wanted to argue. he wouldn’t tell me his name and it’s because he knew how bad his costumer service was. so i’ve made a call to cooperate they will be investigation into who this manager is and will not be back at...
