I've been here the last three times I've gotten pizza and last night was it because I ordered it on the phone so I wouldn't have to wait for it. Then when I got there it was completely wrong it didn't have the extra cheese it had a lot of Parmesan cheese it was just nasty looking. So they redid it I set up front for 15-20 minutes waiting for them to bring it out to me and I was thinking you know I just turned in one pizza I figured they got it right this time so I didn't even look in the box my 4-year-old was already getting restless we ordered the pizza at 9:00 and we didn't get to eat until 11:00 needless to say. When we got home open the box and I would not have said it to my dog if I had one the center of it was hard as a rock the breadsticks was the pizza dough wasn't done it was chewy inside there was no cheese on the breadsticks but there was tons of garlic and parmesan cheese that I already told them I did not want. The GM tried to tell me that he did the pizza he knows there was cheese on it and that it was done right I told him I would bring it back up there he said no he would just refund my money because they fixed it for me twice and I'm not satisfied. I told him that's fine you can refund my money but I'm bringing it back to you so I can show you that you did not do it right this is why I'm not satisfied. I told him you did it for me twice because you didn't get it right the first time then you didn't get it right the second time so now the third time you return my money and I just got a large pepperoni after that because I was done and my son was really wanting pizza that's his favorite his Little Caesars I don't know why but it is. They brought the box out to me I opened it up and looked at it and just shook my head shut the lid and went home we didn't get home till 11:00 by the time we got there my son fell asleep so he didn't even get to eat the pizza that I ordered at 9:00 and didn't get till 11:00. This is not the first time this is the third time and I've called and ordered ahead and had to have them redo it and wait 15 or 20 minutes for it! I'll start with the pizza and cheesestix - they were as great as I expect Little Cesar's to be. They were hot (and tasty), but DEFINITELY not ready. I should have listened to my Spidey sense when, being one car from the order spot and only the 3rd car in line, it took six minutes to order and another 10 to get to the window. Positive that the employee at the window could hear my stomach grumbles over my sighs as (after another 5 minutes at this stop) I am asked to pull forward and join the other unluckies. Just as I was contemplating taking an $8.00 loss and going somewhere else the doors swing open and eye contact was made - it was mine. Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas in drive thru and was pulled around to the front door to wait as i sat there for 20 minutes before getting out of my car and going inside to see how much longer it would be and when i went inside no one was at the front register and the drive thru cashier that had pulled me to wait just kept looking at me for several minutes before approaching me and once she did i asked her how much longer it would be and she told me it should be ready soon, after several more minutes another lady from the back (a manager) approached me and asked what i was waiting for and i told her and she reached in the hot box and handed me the pizzas that had already been ready for quite some time.
