The credit card machine was down at the location. I had to drive to the bank to get cash, which is fine. However, upon return I simply asked if they could help me out with a couple of dipping sauces for the inconvenience.
The girl looked at me like I was insane. She did get the manager and he treated me very rudely and just walked off. Then she proceeded to tell me how stupid it was to make such a request and practically yelled at me for the request.
Now I understand a company policy of no free stuff. However, I work in customer service as a profession. To dishonor a customer or make them feel devalued is unacceptable.
For either employee, they could have explained that they were really sorry for the inconvenience and maybe even said something about it being a long night. Not sure how they are trained.
I have money, and don't need free sauces. What I do need is to feel like I am wanted and valued.
Customer service at most places seems to be a thing of the past. I'll remember that and share it elsewhere for...
Read moreThis location is me and my gfs typical spot for picking up pizza and it used to be good, but recently the service has become way worse. Multiple times we have gone to find the lobby closed and have to wait for the drive thru to move and it’s typically very slow. Now I assumed this was due to understaffing but today we went and the lobby was closed over an hour before the restaurant was supposed to be closed. We started to wait through the drive thru and and been waiting for almost 45 minutes before we finally made it to the window. When we finally made it to the window I was surprised to see 5+ employees in the store, more than enough for one to take orders inside, and additionally 2 of them were on their phones doing nothing. Now to top it all off we get home (less than a 5 minute drive)and the pizza we waited 45 minutes for is completely cold. This is totally unacceptable and I feel like I got robbed after spending...
Read moreDad and I ordered pizza ahead on the phone, then drove through the drive thru expecting our food to be ready. We were advised to pull over to the side of the building; our order would be ready in a matter of a few minutes. We waited for thirty minutes, watching as customers who just ordered their food entered the store, were immediately served, and left again. Our experience was not nearly so ideal, and we paid in advance of picking up the food. The customers who arrived paid as they received their food. Dad and I considered asking for our money back after I entered the store to ask when our food would be ready twenty minutes or so after we were told to pull over and wait for the food. The clerk told me that the pizza was still in the oven. Little Caesar's may be ideal in terms of food and service, but this location just off of Tates Creek Road failed Dad and me miserably Sunday, 26 May 2019!!! They earned my...
