I would like corporate to please reach out to me. Last night we went into Waffle House and got food. A young lady named Kayleigh was our cashier. And we spoke with a manager Tara I believe. She told me to call this morning however they put the phone down when I called and will not speak to me about the issue. We went to Waffle House and my boyfriend (whom Iâm reviewing off of) ordered the food and I sat down. We went to the car to wait for the food as it was super busy and I donât wanna sit in congested areas because I have an existing condition of compromised health risks due to a blood cell disorder & I am currently under ongoing diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions progressing and complicated acute illness. As right now times are hard I cannot play about our health and money. We go to the car my boyfriend checks his card/bank information, he was confused because the charge said 32 something and he couldâve sworn she said it was $27. I didnât pay any attention. But when we went in he asked for a receipt and she acted confused and pulled the receipt from her apron. It said $27. This is a you know small missing amount of money. (The charge is additional the the already paid 10% to the cashier). But I take accountability, health, and hard earned money regardless of how much it is, very serious. I am a person of strong morals when it comes to disrespect on multiple levels and it includes those things. The cook, I believed named Tara (an elderly lady) spoke with me and told me to call this morning to speak to the manager Tabbi. As we are discussing the issue, the cashier âKayâ or Kayleigh grabbed the biscuits and gravy we did not realize was missing. She took it upon herself to get them we were there for the fraudulent charges. She lifts the lid when her and Tara (who I was speaking with) were talking and bagging the biscuits and gravy. As doing so she lifts the lid of the food puts her fingers inside and closes the lid. They handed me the biscuits and gravy (not in a bag which she was doing) and I took them and returned them requesting they be remade as I cannot take them due to me being currently at risk of sickness I cannot fight off and what we saw her do. They kept the biscuits and gravy (which we paid for) and said nothing else but given me the instructions to call this morning but no one will speak to me. I am a very respectful person and I cause no harm to anyone. This is just wrongâŚyâall are playing with peoples lives and money. My studies, ethical research, and current career is under social interaction and social advocacy it would be wrong of me to go against my own ethical principles and the principles in which I am to model in my career and community.    Read moreSo I'll start with the service, that was the main issue and reason for my negative review. I'm not exaggerating anything I'm about to say. My girlfriend is mixed, my friend and his girlfriend is Puerto Rican. Let's start with the pep talk given to the obviously new server, to hone her profiling skills that will help her reveal "Tables who won't pay and camp out and stay". Out loud for the entire restaurant to hear, and I acted like I didn't hear anything being said about us. All 4 of us sober, my Girlfriend and I are staying in the hotel next Door and our friends car had broken down so it was close for them. They had to have their car towed and we went back to the hotel but planned on changing clothes and meet them back at the waffle House They met us sooner because " its not a race thing" but the drunk employee screaming slurs and claiming my friends are "homelessness, jobless,junkie, followed by several slurs." And kicked out in the cold even after we had eaten.    Read moreI would leave 0 stars if I could, called to place an order only to be told that it cannot be done, so drove there, and placed an order to go. Clearly state what my fiancee and I order, watch the woman write it down and tell the cook exactly what we ordered. I go back to my car and return inside 5 mins later, pay for the food. Get home and both orders are incorrect, so we call and tell them and she says nothing can be done that we should have checked the order while paying. I'm sorry, that I didn't think it was possible to completely ruin an order that's very simple, all this while there are only 2 people there besides my fiancee and myself. The staff really needs to focus on cooking and getting orders correct before they focus on telling people about their moped they drive, and the professional piercing that they do on the side.
