Starbucks — Restaurant in Lexington

I never share any reviews on the internet, however after my experience at this location I had to speak out. For the better part of 3 months I had visited this location (almost daily) with minimal satisfaction. There always seemed to be an issue, my orders were not made right or something was missing....and the list goes on. Today, after a 3 week hiatus, I went back to this location simply because it was on the way to were I was going. I ordered by mobile app and went on to pick it up only to have my hot breakfast fall out onto the counter because the package was upside down! Now frustrated, I put the package down on the table and asked the barista to have someone make me another one because the package was upside down. As if the problem was caused by me and I was inconveniencing him, the man snatched the item off of the counter and walked away. He can back ranger quickly and thrust the item into my face! I then talked to the supervisor who happened to be close by and as I am recounting the story to her, the worker was interrupting me and arguing with me about the situation. the woman was very apologetic about the situation and had to tell the worker several times to stop talking. He finally stomped away as I finished talking to her. I will never,NEVER visit this store again. Oh and it seems to be the same worker as in a previous...

We went through drive thru around 3:30 after they'd been closed 30 minutes prior to 3. I guess for cleaning purposes I can understand stand that though but when we came through the drive thru there was no greeting the guy was like go ahead and order. My friend was trying to order a Vanilla Bean Frappe in trenta size. The guy was very rude and was like Venti is our biggest size and we don't have that. Which is weird because I've ordered it from them before. Anyway when we go to second window again no greeting the man on speaker ignored us and the lightskin woman who was big and had a tates creek shirt on did no greeting she ignored us for the first four minutes we sat there. During these four minutes my friend was trying to pay with apple pay but couldn't reach cuz they had their card reader way back. The girl didn't offer to push it forward and just watched her struggle my friend then gave up and chose to pay with cash so she gave the girl the cash she cashed us out and handed us the change without no word. She didnt hand us a receipt or even tell us how much change was given back. These people were so rude and everytime me and my friend go her we tip this time she did not. She's very nice and soft hearted and didn't even want to complain and these people were just rude...

TATES CREEK & WILSON DOWNY RD IN LEXINGTON KY Did a mobile order for a friend who need a treat as a pick-me-up. I ordered our drink 15 minutes before I was to pick it up. This was close to 7pm. When I got there, neither drink was ready. The two baristas were doing nothing. One was leaning against the back counter, and when I was noticed, time seemd to slow down to a millisecond pace for one to even look at the print out labels. I waited for about five minutes for my drinks to be made all the while my poor friend is bawling her eyes out in my car. (Her parents are in a NASTY divorce & her father is wiping his hands clean of her). I am truly aggravated that these two young men had to actually work and move more them a turtle's speed pace. The one that decided to Make my drinks didnt brother to read the labels fully and kept having to pour liquid out since both stated light ice, but why pour liquid out? Then he used the metal hanging spoon to scoop off the whip cream and did not even brother to rinse it and hung it back up. Horrible, horrible service. I may end up making a phone call...
