McDonald's — Restaurant in Lexington

If you stop here for the drive thru, be sure to check your order COMPLETELY. The mid-day staff can't tell the difference between beef, chicken, or fish; is completely unable to count (2 McChicken = 1 Fish Fillet), management is rude as hell, ("..order." is how they greet you on the drive thru speaker, which whatev'. I'm cool with that until you make a 10 minute return trip to get your correct order then management acts like it's YOUR fault you are not satisfied with what ended up in your to-go bag. To top it all off; the BEST part about visiting this facility is the nervous pang you get when you approach the drive thru and wonder if they are having internet issues again. The area is serviced by Windstream (another 1-star company..), and they are subject to CONSTANT service interruptions and/or data issues; Which means when you pull up to the window to pay, you wait 2 minutes before they even open the window.. then when they take your payment, it can take up to 4 minutes for the transaction to go through, if at all. AND if you are patient enough to deal with that. You try to be patient because you know it isn't anything they can control. Either way, this has been going on ever since I've been in the area; it WAS my go-to place for a quick lunch fix, but nothing has changed over the past year and a half. I hate playing the lottery to begin with, but that is what it freakin' feels like trying to order there. Highly suggest you don't waste your time at this trash store. They constantly hand out the "Rate our store!" coupons, but apparently the owner doesn't care about what gets said on them. Frustrated as hell because I rarely ever have an issue with any other McD in this town that I visit. But hey; sticking to a better diet on my lunchbreak is going to be a lot easier now. This McDonald's is the worst in Lexington. The employee who was at the drive thru window was rude and when I asked for a mgr. she yells "Oh my god" and stomps off. The ordeal was over a buy one get one using the receipt from a previous meal. We were told we couldn't use the receipt for buy one get one because we were ordering double cheese sandwiches. They only let you use that on large sandwiches. It doesn't say large sandwiches on the receipt. I explained that it doesn't say large sandwiches. The mgr. if that was even what she was said no it's large sandwiches only. I would suggest you avoid this McDonald's. I have no idea why we even gave them another chance. This restaurant needs to be shut down because they always want to argue with you no matter what the problem it. It has been like this for years. They don't offer customer service like the other McDonald's. This time I will take it to the corporate level. There is no reason for this type of behavior toward customers. We were also told that they don't have to give out there names. They hire some of the worst employees and managers of any McDonald's in Lexington. We left and went to a more customer friendly McDonald's and had no problem using our coupon. Stay away from this one it's not worth the stress . This place is ridiculous. Just a bunch of kids trying to run a business and they could care less about your order. I was there today (drive thru), ordered two double cheeseburgers, one 6-piece McNugget and two different sauces. Paid for my order and went to pickup window. The very young girl slung open the window and handed me a very small bag. I looked in the bag, told her I did not get my full order that I paid for (all I got was one double cheeseburger and one 6-piece McNugget and no sauces). She turned around and told another employee that I had a problem she could not fix. Another very young person came to the window and rudely ask me what was my problem. I told her, handed my receipt and my small bag of food thru the window. Very shortly, she gave me back my bag with the other double cheeseburger, but no sauces . I ask her for my two sauces and she stated they are in the bag, I handed her the bag and politely ask her to find them. Of course she could not. I told her the two different types of sauces I wanted and don't you know, she threw in two other types of sauces. I ask her to fix it and she finally did and slammed the window shut. I will never ever go to this McDonald's again. You can't allow a bunch of kids to run such a high traffic store as this - where is...
