On 10/30 I went to the newly built Taco Bell around 7:45pm. I ordered for my family, and one of the items was a beefy burrito. I normally order a beefy Frito burrito, but you no longer sell this item. I paid for my order which was around 23.00. I tried to do a quick overview of the bag because I didn't want to hold up the line. I drove around to the parking lot and couldn't find my burrito. The price of the burrito was $1.00. I wanted to eat my burrito on the way home. I would have went walked inside but it's closed do to covid. So I went around the drive thru. The same woman who handed me my food opened the window. I politely said I was missing my burrito, she yelled to another person that I was missing my burrito and told me to pull around to the front. At that time I assumed someone was making it and bringing it to me. Low and behold the manger came out with an attitude, to tell me she specifically made the bag herself and knows she put the burrito in the bag. I started to show her my items in the bag and ask her if she wanted to go through my bag but she said she couldn't touch my bag. Then she stormed off shaking her head and said she would remake the item. This infuriated me...this lately basically called me a lair with my 2 children in the back seat. I've been working in the food service industry since since I was 14 years old. I'm 37 now I'm a Food service director. I would fire an employee on the spot for treating a customer like this. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lack of respect and the lack of customer service was uncalled for whoever this manger is she shouldnt be in this position. She actually shouldn't have a job.I was taught the customer is always right. I was also taught it cost more to get a new customer than keep one. My kids love Taco Bell but I will never buy from your company again.

They have messed up my food every time I went there!! I mean they have not got my order right one time, and all the employees that I've encountered don't seem like they like thier job! If you don't want to work some where, then quit! Don't take your frustrations out on the customers, or half ass your job, because you don't like it!! And they also don't know how to bag the food they always put the heavy stuff on top and squish the food under the heavier food!! I wouldn't recommend this location to any one!! Thanks for nothing!! I have walked up a couple a times and was able to get service and food because (there are days where I just don't have time to cook and I need to eat something and go to sleep). Now suddenly they don't accept walk UPS anymore. I don't have a car (NOT everybody can afford a car) They should have NEVER served me in the 1st place".
