We came to the drive-thru to order lunch we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich value meal a deluxe quarter pounder value meal Band-Aid chocolate milkshake the milkshake was not even mixed all the way up the deluxe quarter pounder meal was not correct as to what we had ordered on it and it had bacon on it needless to say we do not eat pork. The crispy chicken sandwich value meal both pieces of bread were burnt and the chicken was not even done that was the absolute worst crispy chicken sandwich I had ever tasted in my entire life. When I tried to contact the store and asked to speak with a manager all I could get was hello hello honey I can't hear you but every time I would speak she would respond and would only respond after spoken to. Calling to complain about my order turned into a real joke so now I can't even get my grosser than jail food order replaced I can't even get anybody on the phone to even discuss my issues. Not to mention when the so-called manager answers the phone they do not answer the phone in state the name of the business. Today I order on the app and pull up to the mic. No one else is in the drive thru. And after about a minute someone answers and says I need to hold on for a minute. I wait another 4 or 5 minutes to the point where someone else pulls up behind me and I’m still waiting and waiting just to tell the person working the drive thru I have a mobile order. When they finally ask my order and I tell them my mobile order (which is just. A drink and fries) they hand me my drink and I tell me fries will be another minute and to pull around. I go around the side of the building and pull up to the first spot closest to the door. Someone immediately comes out and tells me I have to pull up to the spot furthest from the door. I figure the guy behind me needs to pull up behind me too. Nope.
When my fries finally comes out the guy took his sweet time and talked on his phone the whole time.

Read moreReview will not let me put zero strars for this visit or I would've. Ordered on app it took payment, gave confirmation number. When I arrived at the location they had no order for me. The store was no help they would not even look into it. The store made me call a 800# who could not do or see anything in the system so they where not any help. Given the time of day I had to get the kids to bed and get ready for 3rd shift it did not allow me time to go home and make a meal. I repurchased my order and was told if the app order was not pick up in 24 to 48 hrs it would be refunded to the account. I was a regular customer of this location since it has opened. Every visit over the last year the service has gotten less and less on each trip. THIS IS THE WORST TRIP TO A MCDONALDS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. When all said and done the manager still tried to send me out with a incomplete order. This franchisee should evaluate or train his/her team better.
