ZERO STARS!!!!

Tonight's order was received 5 minutes past due time and once we arrived back home to eat noticed the jumbo popcorn chicken was not in our bag. I phoned and told them and they said we could come get it. After getting back to sonic to pick up the popcorn chicken we had already paid for we pushed the button asked for it and was told it would be right out. After 11 to 12 minutes I had to push the button again that is when they finally brought it out. Arrived home again and the popcorn chicken is barley luke warm. This sonic is getting worse and worse with getting orders wrong or missing items and they seem to laugh it off like no big deal. Then they take their sweet time...

I spend so much money at this place but lately my orders have been messed up. If I make an app order...which I do 100% of the time...and check in. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for my food when LILY has come up in the screen as being on her way with my order 15 minutes ago. This carhop wears me out. I understand mistakes but getting the wrong drink which I don't find out about until I leave there is getting annoying. I shouldn't have to drive back up there and I shouldn't have to hold a carhop hostage to make sure my drink is right. That was yesterday. Today LILY attempted to bring me someone else's order again. Happens...

well, this sonic is a lot like other sonics. there's something wrong with their speakers, though, so a carhop has to come outside to take your order, which makes me on edge. i like to order my buffet in partial anonymity. but face-to-face takes that away from me. they can hear you if you raise your voice very loud through the speaker, but i'm much too bashful to do such a thing. the new groovy fries are TERRIBLE@!!!!! why did y ou get rid of the normal fries in exchange for the awful groovy fries?! i was expecting braums wavy cut fries, not whatever monstrosity the...
