My husbandâs box truck broke down in there parking lot and a Karen can out and threatened to tow our truck, the Karen said that we were on public property, so ditsy she didnât know the difference from public property and private property. We were 30 minutes away from getting the truck back together and we were going to head inside for a few much needed drinks after one heck of a bad day but after Karen came out and said that the parking lot is for paying guests and we were going to get towed we decided after getting the truck fixed to head down the street to another establishment where a Karen wasnât in charge. The funny part is that parking lot was 75% empty, Karen probably chased off all the paying customers with an attitude like that. I could completely understand if the parking lot was full and they needed the space. We are also a business owner, the commercial box truck was a good indication of that fact. We have been in the same exact situation multiple times and we have never kicked someone down when they were already down, we have done the exact opposite and helped them out bringing them some cold drinks and multiple times actually helped them get through the tough situation they were in and unfortunately people like this is what is wrong with the world today. Karen could of showed a little kindness to someone who has ran into some bad luck and offered some compassion and earned a customer instead she lost a paying customer and showed the world what kind of person is running this establishment, but what can you expect from a Karen who doesnât know the difference between public and private property. We have actually took all of our company technicians out multiple times to this establishment in the past and they have lost all of our business and we will never step foot in this establishment ever again. And we canât recommend anyone else to take a chance with a Karen in charge who doesnât have any common sense or compassion. Now wander there was less than 10 paying customers in the establishment. Karen probably...
Read moreSo Iâve lived in Lexington Kentucky about four years now and I have recently went to this Gentlemenâs club âfor the first timeâ and my experience was âsub-parâ, I was entertained women were beautiful! It was a slow night in their defense, but I did open a tab in which I forgot to close ! âas we all do sometimesâ. When I left the club, I was responsible enough to make sure to give them a call, speaking w Troy the security at the front desk informing him that I left my credit card with the bartender, and I have not close my tab and to ensure that they put it in the managerâs office, seeing as they were going to be closing in the next 15 minutes, and I was literally in my car headed home, I called and let them know that I left my card there and i would be back to retrieve it. VERY NEXT DAY i go to pick my card up and it was nowhere to be found. After waiting 30 minutes leaving coming back to wait and addition 30 minutes I Then offer the manager (shelly i believe) $500 YES $500 cash dollars to run back to cameras Because I was Literally there the night prior And I know undoubtably guaranteed certified for a 100% fact that the card is there And it would be very professional to check and see Where the card went for my safety And for the integrity of the business . âŚNO CALL BACK âŚsooo CARD CANCELLED. Lesson learned drink responsibly indefinitely do not open up a tab at the spearmint rhino in Lexington, Kentucky, and...
Read moreWe were severely disappointed with our trip to the club this weekend.
The atmosphere, cleanliness, drinks, appearance and talent of the dancers, etc was all fine. However, we were misled by a dancer into buying something that we don't really feel like we recieved.
We planned a "date night" for the night of the 16th, and going to a club was on the agenda. We chose the Spearmint Rhino. After being there for a bit my wife had chosen a dancer to provide a private dance. I approached the dancer, made some small talk, and asked if she was female friendly. She replied she was. We negotiated a price, I told her the dance was to focus solely on my wife, and we headed to the private area.
In the span of two songs the dancer touched my wife for maybe just over a minute. She also didn't get fully nude until the end of the last song, again without touching my wife. We're only able to do these "date nights" once every three or four months, so it was extremely disappointing to waste our time and money, leaving feeling ripped off.
I fully support the dancers performing for only those they feel comfortable with, but I don't feel like that's what happened here. The dancer said she was female friendly, but the dance showed quite the opposite. When paying $60 for a two song dance we expected more than the dancer sitting on my wife's lap for a minute. If she wasn't comfortable doing a private dance for a female she should've just...
