I frequent this Starbucks when traveling. I usually go through the drive through and have never had a negative experience. Today though, I ran in to grab my mobile order instead because I needed to use the restroom. My quoted order time was 4-7 mins. By the time I used the restroom it had been at least 5-6 mins since ordering. They didn’t have many staff, but they were also not busy. I’ve been a barista before. I understand sometimes you may wait beyond your quoted time when the store is busy. I’m always extremely patient and understanding. While I was waiting I witnessed an employee come over and tell a woman eating something from a personal container she had to leave if she wasn’t going to buy something. She explained to him she was going to after she finished her food. Mind you this is an empty Starbucks aside from myself, this woman, and the employees. I understand that is Starbucks current policy, but when you have a near empty store and people waiting for their items ordered over 10 minutes ago at this point I think there’s bigger issues than a customer sitting at a table eating their food before purchasing a beverage. I just had a food item, I could see the label printed at the food station, yet no one was making any sort of effort to prepare it. It was apparently more important to go embarrass this woman than prepare food and drinks people had ordered. I mean for all they know she had placed a mobile order and was waiting on it. Again, I understand this is Starbucks policy and I understand that reasoning for it, especially in areas where loitering is a problem. However, that’s not an issue in this area and like I said this Starbucks was completely dead. I am not one to leave negative reviews often, but this interaction just put a bad taste...
Read moreMarquita the cash barrista super sweet & friendly; the assistant manager (?) not so much … snooty look down the nose attitude … no doubt I looked disheveled after driving all night & transferring horses - likely grotty too- as I travel ALOT I frequent Starbucks across NA NEVER have I experienced the condescending eye roll, whispering snark as I did in this store. I had my small (service) dog w me but he didn’t have his jacket on & she asked me to sit on the patio with my dog. Np … I finished my drink looked for the garbage … none to be found… tied my dog up … hobbled back inside (I have a broken ankle in an air boot cast) to access the garbage can w was at the farthest place from the patio. I suggested politely they might consider having a garbage on the patio & Miss 20 something Snooty pointed & said “its over there”directing me to the one inside garbage can while shaking her head & muttering something (what appeared to be from body language)likely less than charitable to the other servers. Not nice. Not kind. Not respectful. Not acceptable-well shouldn’t be… I’ll come back again (next time I’m in town) dressed differently, hair pulled back nicely, not wearing my barn shoes & 5 gets you 10 I’ll be treated differently. I frequent Starbucks’ for the customer's service & consistency of product … this customer service leaves nothing but a bad taste...
Read moreI have been to this location multiple times and really try to like this location as much as I do others. Each time my visit is disappointing. Today I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew to be picked up. Received notification it was ready. When I went inside it was not ready. Waited a few minutes then told they had no nitro and offered ccold brew. I accepted. No apologies, no offer of a larger size, no smiles. Prior visit was through drive through. Lady at drive through sounded like she was trying to hurry everyone through. Spoke very fast. No personality. Felt so rushed. The customer service is what I always love when I go to Starbucks, especially after a rough or tiring morning...outside of the yummy coffee. Feels like a fast food restaurant now, where it did not before. This is my last attempt of customer service here. I tried....
