Teppan Japanese Kitchen — Restaurant in Lexington

I have always had such delicious food at Teppan and I’m so happy you have a restaurant space now!! I have had many dishes here, and tonight I got to try 2 new dishes! The egg sando and okonomiyaki. I really appreciate that Teppan puts their spin on these dishes!!! The okonomiyaki was a comfort and familiar and very delicious. The egg sando—sometimes relegated to a simple cold sandwich was PACKED with filling, the bread slightly toasted WHICH I LOVED!!, and had a sauce that complimented the egg sando. Maybe a mustard of some kind? It was a little sweet, too.
