Wendy's — Restaurant in Lexington

Placed mobile order website says open until 11 Mobile orders can be picked up until 8 Placed order @ 0730ish When we pulled up seen 2 vehicles in front of us leave, that should have been the sign. Screaming kids hungry from being on trip, I’m ready for some food because we had been traveling and we were hungry, did I mention hungry and traveling lol. They hadn’t even started to make our order when we pulled up at 0745. Doors locked and 3 people working one on break. “Night shift Manager” says I didn’t seen an order - found out she never even looked They didn’t have sprite so we settled for root beer Didn’t even try to make regular nuggets and tried to substitute for spicy nuggets which my kids would never have eat Fries were so old they were not just cold but rock hard Didn’t receive 2/3 of our order went back and then the excuses began. Was told they couldn’t refund my money but that’s ok I got a better one “We’re short staffed” I’m in service and customer relations - here’s my advise Close down if you can’t properly service your customers. $27 charged no food nothing to show I’ll never...

My usual order at Wendy's is a grilled chicken with an extra chicken patty added to it. Normally the sandwich is around $5 dollars and the patty is 2.99. Today the manager informed me that grilled chicken patties are only 2.99 if they are for salads and if I wanted that same patty on a sandwich it will be two dollars more (the full price of another sandwich). Now the employees are polite here, so I have no gripe with that - but are you really going to discriminate how much I pay for that same piece of chicken based on what I put it on? Does that mean if I want to order a lot of extra chicken sides I have to order a salad first so I can take it all out of the salad and put it in my sandwich? Because I can only get that price on the salad I changed my usual $19 order of two double patty sandwiches and a baked potato to just a salad with an extra party for 9.89. If it means that much to today's manager specifically (last nights manager charged me what Wendy's always charges me) then don't take my money with my large orders, and I'm glad you could educate me on how wrong last nights...

This Wendy's doesn't know the difference between a chicken and the egg chickens lay, I was passing through and pulled up to the speaker and faintly heard "Can you hold on" no "please wait" no "I'll be with you in s minute" just "can you hold on" she finally came back so i ordered 2 maple chicken croissants and a large vanilla frostychinno, when i got to the window there was no repeating my order, no total just a stare... after eatching her struggle with every lid in the store trying to place a lid on a cup, i finally saw the manager pour my drink into another cup.. she handed me the cup and then blankly looked at me and just said "hold on" and then handed me a brown bag with two sandwiches... what I received was 2 egg croissants and a small brown water with ice (only filled half up with the brown water).... granted I know j should've checked what they handed me but I was needing to get down the road after the delay of lids..
