Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I have stopped by this DD on my drives out of O’hare heading home to Chicago a few times now. Here are some of my observations: Coffee is always fresh and they make a delicious Croissant with Egg and Cheese. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating if you want some fresh air and sunlight. The drive through is efficient and never too busy. The service has been super inconsistent ranging from apathetic to dismissive and impersonal- it’s a DD, we don’t expect to make a bestie but have some manners. Basic ones like greeting people. So the vibes are definitely off- do drive through or hang outside - don’t try to do a friendly neighborhood thing of walking in and grabbing a bite to get yourself together before a long drive in...

This place is ridiculous. 3rd day in a row can't get my order right. Ordered avocado pesto grilled cheese and asked not to pit tomato on - I got bread with pesto and a slice of cheese not even melted. Asked for wake up wrap with egg and cheese - got tortilla with melted cheeese. Asked for 5 mini munchkins - got a bag of bacon. Asked to cut sandwich for my 3 little kids in the car in 3 pieces- they cut it in half. What am i supposed to do? Too bad i always used drive through and was always in a rush to check order by the window. I don't know who they hired in the past couple of weeks but I'm definitely not going...

I go out of my way to go to their restaurant because of the drive-through and ordered a large hazelnut coffee a small hot chocolate a double chocolate donut and a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. When I ate the donut it seemed a little tuff but I figured it was already noon and had been sitting out all morning, but then when I ate the bagel it was so hard. It was horrible. If someone would have just told me that the bagels were stale I would have just ordered something else.
