Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leyden Township

Heading back home from O'Hare and my wife and I decided to pick up a few meals. Asked for two bagel meals with coffee, was asked if we wanted two large coffees, my wife asked if they came with the two meals, the guy says yes. We get to the window and the iced coffee is literally coffee flavored water with sugar in it. my wife, rightfully, asks for more coffee to be added to the mix, the guy makes an annoyed face and obliges. I pulled away without checking our food because I was tired and just wanted to get home only to find out that he had given (and charged, to be fair) us one bagel sandwich meal. The iced coffees were both charged separately even though he had said that they were included with the meal.

The hash browns were awful as well. Soggy little lumps of potato.

Not sure if they're having issues at this place, or if they're just counting on travelers not wanting to bother, but watch out and triple check your order before...

They took 20 mts to give my order, they do not give you recip. So an item was missing, and i told them. She said show me your recipt, and i answer what recipt, yo didnt give me one. So she start looking in the garbage with the same gloves she is serving, at the end the other lady said they didnt charge me for the botle of water. But when i was paying i know i ordered a botle of water. She said we are busy. Yes the other attendandt had the microphone for drive t in one ear, and her cell in the hand, and was talking the entire time with people on the phone, they made me late and upset for this terrible service, one of them tough the other one made the sandwich but i am standind and waiting, and the whole time they talk in their lenguaje so you do not understand what the hell they are saying...

I usually come by in the mornings and there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. They charge me for what I order but don’t give me my complete order. I know they have a timer to work against with the drive through but the timer means NOTHING if they’re giving out the wrong orders. They are all wearing headsets to listen to the order before the person gets to the window and yet they still never give me what I ordered. I go through the drive thru because I don’t have time to get out of my car and yet I still have to since I have to go and ask for my correct order.
