El Mariachis — Restaurant in Liberty Hill

So at first when they opened I was hesitant because of the prices right out the gate. We finally had the right opportunity to check it out..and glad we did. My chilaqueles were prefect. I asked for easy red sauce and they did the right amount of Quality cheese and tortilla ratio. And those potatoes....thank you so much for serving crispy hot potatoes 👏. Lastly the beans were seasoned perfectly. Bacon, cooked perfect. These cooks got it going on!. Let the cooks know who worked 7/4/25 am shift. 10/05/2025 I’ve got an A/C business in PF and the install company I use recommended this establishment ( Christian Torres - Texan HVAC ) I’m hesitant to leave this five 5 review. because once the word gets out, this place, it will become packed. Food: The food was delicious. The 4 different types of hot sauces were amazing. Drinks: OMG They make a killer Margarita- my wife could only handle 1 ! This is our first time eating here since the new owners took over and the remodel. First off the aesthetics are amazing. This place has been redone. Top to bottom, even had custom embroidered leather seats and booths done. They clearly took a lot of time, care, pride, I put a lot of money into this remodel. The food did not disappoint.
