This location consistently has issues. The last five+ times weāve gone, something is wrong. I have tried to be patient and understanding but itās too much at this point.
Iāve contacted customer service via the app a couple times because of the issues but even through the app the customer service is lacking solution and compassion. I explained the issues prior i.e. missing items, completely melted ice cream, etc - Iāve only used the app to order. I was offered a free sundae that expired in 30 days because of missing food items one of those times - it was a burger missing... That didnāt even make sense nor did it ever appear on my account. I canāt even eat ice cream but I was so exhausted going in circles with the customer service chat I gave up. I acknowledge the app is not directly connected to this location, but seems Sonic as a whole has drastically gone downhill.
This last visit Iād ordered 4 drinks and food for my 4 year old. Three Rt44 cups and a kids cup. I have a leg cast currently and a cane as well as a young child. We were taking this all home to carry inside. I was sure to click to add a drink carrier because I literally cannot carry 4 drinks. I parked in a mobile order pick up stall. The girl came out without a drink carrier so I asked for it again and she said they were out (scrolling other reviews, Iām not the first being told this). I have a very hard time believing they were out and if that is true and an issue for others, someone is slacking on supply orders. She said she would go back and check since I explained I donāt even have 4 cupholders anyway. She came back with the magical ālast drink carrier they hadā. As she handed me the carrier full of drinks through my window in a manner that seemingly felt aggressive, 3 x Rt44 and a kids cup mind you, she spilled them on me⦠then asked if I needed anything else as she walked away unfazed that she just spilled drinks on me and inside my car. Apathy in the workplace is unacceptable. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her where sheās paid to be and I paying as a customer. I was completely baffled. I had to decompress, got out of my car (again, I have a leg cast right now), tried to clean myself up, clean up the cups and the now soaked cup carrier. I went to Sonic for drinks and my son to get a Wacky Pack to celebrate an important day for him and this is how it turned out.
We will not be visiting Sonic any time soon and it breaks my heart for my son. I canāt even eat any of the food on the menu because of allergies but he loves the Wacky Pack corn dog so I go for him. Consistent inconsistency and issues at every visit⦠this last visit was the final straw and Iām seeing that I am not the only one.
Half the time the app doesnāt even work to redeem rewards and other tech issues. I was told by customer service to delete the app and redownload which yes, I was able to then use the 1/2 price drinks, but that is ridiculous to have to do in order to use their deals. Again, acknowledging the app is separate from this location but clearly an issue many other customers have dealt with.
Sonic used to be such a fun experience, good food, great service and I was so happy to finally have one nearby but I have officially lost respect for this location and will not...

They don't like drivers or it might just be me they don't like I get that a lot, my whole life there two kinds of people Gods and darkness the people on the fence your like unbelievers you count with them, sorry to you feel left out, this is problem I know really well. They hide when they pick at you with their treatment if people this only going get worse so it's better to be aware of it what it is. You have the servers that grow in a positive way kindness caring people they just get better, these other get worse it's, they don't want to get better it a drag to just get up for them, this is best way to describe them, there the ones causing all the problems when these kind of people grow the are very dark inside no more smiles laughter only how can I hurt him or her today this is what I see this what see leading are Countery they believe in violence even though they are cowards they work not to your face behind your back, just be kind to them they hate that and patient their time is very short. This a dirty store in inside you don't get to see ceiling falling apart they don't care at this store not all employees are like this I fill sorry for them, these people know how make look like your the problem. They know how to fool you, better word is deceive. This only could be a good way to be better. Criticism is a learning tool if made aware you start paying attention. Lol I don't even know what you call this place we're eating in your car not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI typically do not complain because I know that people have bad days but tonight I had the worst experience at this establishment. I have never felt so disrespected. Online it says that they close at 10pm. The app allowed me to order several drinks at 8:50pm and it also said they closed at 10pm and that app orders needed to be made by 9:50pm. I ordered my drinks, paid, and headed to sonic. When I drove up to the drive through, it was 9pm on the dot. The guys came over the intercom and said, sorry weāre closed. I told him that I had an app order and I already paid. He said, not his problem, theyāre closed. I continued to try and ask him how I would get reimbursed but I guess he cut off his speaker or something because he would not respond to me. When the car ahead of me got their food and drove off, I pulled up to ask how I could get reimbursed and all three of the employees looked at me at the window and turned away, they wouldnāt even come to the window and address me. It was awful customer service. If theyāre closed, theyāre closed, I get it but the hours online need to be updated, the app needs to be updated and those three gentleman need some training on customer service because the way they acted tonight was absolutely not okay. They could have simply explained how I could get my money back but instead they acted in a way that ensured I never go back to this...
