McDonald's — Restaurant in Liberty Hill

I am so sick of this I had to add even more. The ladies working here on Sunday mornings are horrible. Thanks for ignoring the ever living crap out of people, moving slower than molasses, and not paying attention or greeting or being helpful. This is the second time now. I got here early** anticipating the long ass wait. We have been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting for our mobile order. I went inside to ask to check on the order and got flag out ignored. Three other cars got their food already and left. Asked the lady bringing food out and she just said that our must not be done yet. Two sausage egg McMuffins. That’s it folks just two. We should have to wait for almost 45 minutes to get ignored and not helped. This is so stupid and terrible terrible terrible service. I can’t express enough, how upsetting the experience has been almost every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s unfortunately like most of us were stuck going to this location since it’s the only one in town during the week there’s a really nice lady who works the window and hands out the food and I think she’s quite wonderful and works hard however, on the weekends in the morning, it’s a complete wreck the line of cars blocks everybody else who’s parked and just continues to pile around the building with no letting up so I thought going inside the building was a better idea and might be faster was very wrong Waited for 30 minutes and it seems like they rather you take orders on the electronic keypads instead of somebody actually coming up to take your order the ladies just walk past don’t acknowledge anyone and while you’re waiting for your order, you can hear other people trying to pick up their food clearly having a hard time with the employees and the employee is not seeming to really understand what they’re saying either The women working the front seaboard and slow and not really picking up the pace with how busy the restaurant was and how busy the outside was I couldn’t even leave my parking spot because of how bad the lines were outside overall just incredibly frustrating. Not to mention. The portions are definitely odd now. Seems like when you order medium or large drinks they’re way smaller And they charge much higher prices now which is fine. We all understand. Inflation has affected pricing but wow on making things smaller portions while you’re at it I wish management cared more. It seems like McDonald’s has really gone to hell in a handbasket. Wish there was an option for zero stars. Just had our 31 dollar order shorted 5 hashbrowns and a sausage. When I called I spoke to a woman for the first several.minutes, then a male came on named "Junior" who stated he was a supervisor. I told him my issue and asked to have the items refunded. I was told I would have to bring in the entire order for any refund!! I explained to him I can't drive back and that he can credit the card payed with through credit card reconciliation which is done daily, or go back in and adjust the order. He proceeded to become frustrated with me and tell me he was going to give me a " free meal" if I come back within the next 2 days and that he would not refund the items. Continually called his offer a gree meal, despite us paying for 6 items we didn't get!! Also told me if I cause a disturbance he'd call the cops, then hung up on me. So this supervisors mentality is that if you don't get what you paid for he will make it up on another visit with a "free meal". So tell me, how is that meal free if they've taken your money already and provided you with nothing? This place needs help, and I highly recommend staying right in the window and checking your order for every drive through order unless you want to feel like you've been thieved...

This place is the worst. I went at 1034 on 3-28-2024. Store employees lock main entry door while they are still open so they wont have to help customers, they leave side door open so they won't get in trouble with corporate. Tried to go in and order to go and got immediate attitude from employee who then told me not to get an attitude with him lol. He started waving hands around while physically puffing up his chest and approaching me. When I asked if he wanted to talk to the police officer that was sitting outside in the drive through about verbally attacking me, he got very aggressive and started to follow me outside like he was going to physically assault me. I had to ask the officer to watch him so I could leave safely. So if you'd like to have an employee attempt to assault you and NOT have any dinner than this is where you wanna go. Also, McDonalds makes it impossible to find a store number to complain if you don't have a receipt. Of course if employees try to start a fight with you than you don't get a receipt.
