Cristy's Pizza Baltimore — Restaurant in Liberty Township

This Cristy’s location used to be our “go-to” but something happened in the last year that’s made several experiences now unenjoyable and unreliable.

Let’s start with some positives. The pizza is always great, and the delivery drivers are always very professional. This location does have some bright spots, so I don’t want to just focus on the negitive here.

Unfortunately, this particular Cristy’s is always out of the things that we love. Specifically the Peperoni Nibblers. I understand that these are a speciality item, but come on. There’s not that many options to choose from on the menu. I could understand if the menu was several pages.

Items are constantly forgotten about with our order as well. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve forgotten things like dipping sauces, and can’t remember the last time we received garlic butter that we ordered.

We order from this Cristy’s as a “last resort, nothing else is open” meal. Maybe I’m expecting too much from a pizza place, but for the price I’m being charged(alot)..my order should be...

I recently moved to the area. We've been loyal Cristy's customers thus far. Checked over purchases on our bank account and combined with the move in, in-laws pizza nights and parties, well over $1000 spent over the last 90 days. Placed a prepaid order online last night and utilized a "1/2 off one pizza" coupon code that was mailed to us. Upon arrival to the Baltimore, OH location, we were informed we would not be receiving our pre-paid order unless we presented the physical coupon. So, we ordered Creno's. I stopped in to Christy's after picking up our Creno's to request a refund receipt and give the manager the coupon back. After waiting more than 10 minutes to speak with him, was advised they couldn't provide a receipt for a voided order. As of today, I still have the $37 charge on my account. Pizza at Cristy's was our fav, but we won't be returning. Good luck with...

The manger, Alisa, was Rude, threatening, & said corporate would find it amusing that we were not happy, that she wouldn't honor our valid coupons, nor even give a % or buck or $2 off on something else. Coupons valid till 6/30/22, today is 5/11/22. The manager said she didn't know where we got the coupons from, insinuating they were fake, they had been donated to the Millersport Sweet Corn Festival, as prizes for the Major prize booth 9/1/2021. My Mother felt threatened by her words, & actions, when she threw our friends food down on the table, towards me, so we left and went elsewhere. All 5 people in our party said they would never again go back to a Christy's Pizza. We stopped in after attending a funeral service in Baltimore. Very poor customer service to a party...
