Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Lived in Powell for 4+ years. Jets was always our goto pizza for family dinner and movie night. In the last four years the service has progressively gotten worse and worse. Always late, never hot, always wrong and they just don’t care. Getting free pizza after your family waits for 2 hours on it is not our idea of taking care of the customer. We spend $80 - $150 a week on pizza for our family night. Unfortunately we have spent our last $ with Jets.

It finally broke us tonight when pizza arrived 40 minutes late, cold and the funny thing was… they actually cooked pepperoni and threw it on top of a cheese pizza instead of just making a pepperoni pizza.

We will send this to corporate, but it won’t make a difference...

Listen pizza boy, you didn't go to college. How long do you pizza boys think you're gona be taking successful men's orders being rude before you get fired? Do better. I wasn't able to order any pizza because pizza boy hung up on me. So this review is strictly on the customer service. Not the quality of the food

It was so good. I'm from the Youngstown, Ohio area & I come to Powell to visit my son, he introduced me to this Pizza & I am addicted to it now. We don't have a Jets pizza in Youngstown but we sure can use one if Jets ever wanted a new location. They would make a million dollars if they put a franchise in Austintown, Ohio. Our area goes crazy for Pizza & there aren't that many places that make good pizza like this. So Jets if you read this, contact me & I can show you what areas are hot for Pizza.
