Sam's Bar Lewis Center — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Rude bartender. Me and a couple friends went to celebrate my girlfriends 21st birthday. Immediately one of the bartenders ID us with attitude. One of my friends was visiting out of state from college and she refused his ID because it was “out of state.” Never seen that as being an issue ever. So we left and went elsewhere and had a better time. The next night we went there again but with family and 2 of them were 25 with IDs from out of state as well. We’re denied immediately from the same bartender from yesterday, later learning her name is Kia. Right when we walked into the bar the second time one of the bartenders said in a rude manner “it’s the girl from yesterday” and giving us all attitude for no reason when we are just here to have a good time but that can’t happen because the customer service here is TERRIBLE. We could see her ranting and pointing at us while we did nothing and we were just in the room next to the bar just talking to each other. We did not want to deal with Kias attitude any more so we all took our business somewhere else and had an amazing time at the Keystone bar down by the Kroger a little south from this terrible bar. Go to Keystone and stay away from here. You are wasting your money and time. Also Kia is having CUSTOMERS go out and buy them more liquor for them from the store… like why do it yourself don’t make your own customer go out and do your job for you… If Kia was not working here then we would...

I finally stopped in. Been passing this bar for years , and always said “one day. “ ;-). I did it. it’s a dive with a few room motel on the front side , not a very professional sign , and the road and parking lot was full of water holes. But, it was clean , beer is cheap enough , and Megan was very nice. I think you can even bring pups to the patio (although not confirmed ). They have pool tables and other games. It's a dive bar, but let me tell you, the mixologist Ashleigh is the shit!! Beautiful soul, makes everyone feel welcome and treats you like a long lost friend. If your feeling down, she can cheer you up in a nanosecond.
