Took 30 min to be served 4 single scoops of ice cream. We were the only people in line. We waited 10 minutes to order. There were 3 staff members, but only 1 cared to wait on us and the other 2 could not be bothered to help. Even without help, I cannot figure out why it took 1 person 15 minutes just to scoop ice cream for 4 people. The ice cream was soft and melting and a huge mess.
