Culver’s — Restaurant in Libertyville

UPDATE Oct. 2025 to my original post - Still getting orders wrong. They messed up both orders after repeating it back to me correctly at the window. Their fix is a couple of free ice creams. No. I just want you to train everyone to listen and be accurate.

This used to be decent for a generally mediocre chain. But over the last couple years this place has plummeted. We have made our last run to Culver's. The have messed up the last several orders somehow some way. Every time. Their customer service is laughable. The topper... my son's burger came back undercooked and pink. When my husband called, he spoke to Yadira (asst gen mgr) she kept talking over him and brushing him off. "Yeah yeah yeah, I understand. Come get another burger." Why? so you can undercook it again or do something worse to my sons food? No thank you! When my husband asked who the GM was bc she clearly doesnt care, it was more of the yeah yeah crap. I went in today and got greeted by a tall gentleman. We placed our order but he seemed un patient as we were ordering. I wanted to add two concrete mixers and when i brought that up he seemed to get mad and look for the menu to show up the flavors and i ignored that and just said i wanted two reeces concrete mixers. he then nearly slammed the number to give us for our order and knocked over the cup next to it but again i ignored that and didnt say anything. and when we finally got our order and i was frustrated that instead of concrete mixers they gave us a sundae. Im not the type to bring stuff up because this never happens but if your gonna have an attitude or not be patient you shouldn’t...

When I'm thinking of anything sweet I'm thinking of Cheese curds dunked in Chocolate Custard from Culver's! If I want a burger I go here! Their deluxe Butter burgers are nicely sized Patty's with amazing onions! The cheese curds are to die for! When I head up north to my cabin I get a family sized cheese curd in Portage. For a long time we only could get them up north. I am glad you moved down here. It still is a treat! Seriously try putting the cheese curds in the Custard mmmmmmm heaven! I love the booths and how nice you have to be to work there! They have a scholarship program that I know 3 friends have done and Culver's just treats their employees lovely!...
