Sell A Cow Furniture — Local services in Libertyville

I called to inquire abt a certain item they claim on their website is available at their store. Well, apprentice, it's not actually available despite their claim. I asked for a price quote for the item which they gave me once I described in detail the item after already giving exact name and brand of item. I asked for them to please email me the quote, so, I could have it in writing, the item and the price, together, before I simply give my credit credit with no evidence that we are talking abt same item. They refused and called me abusive for asking for it and for telling them it's false advertising to say you have something at a specific store on the ensure when indeed they do not have it at all.

*saw the "owner's" response and he was completely unprofessional. He refused to send a quote or put anything in writing at all. He called me "abusive" for merely pointing out the misleading advertising on their website stating that they had an item in their store that they don't actually have at their Libertyville location. I also pointed out that it was necessary to have the quote in writing which is normal and professional business conduct. Too bad, I would have been happy to purchase this item had they put it in writing and it was the correct item. Unfortunately, they clearly, did not want to sell to me. I recently moved into my first apartment and was searching for a new couch. I finally found a couch I liked at Ashley furniture, but there were so many “conditions” to their sale prices that I said forget it and left empty handed. They are punctual and trustworthy!

After a stand off with the salesman on a post sales issue, I wrote a review (not so good but facts) since I was unhappy about how the issue was dealt with.

But man-o-man, the post sales service is as awesome as the sales. A small part of my modular sectional wedge had a minor damage but the entire wedge was swapped with a brand new wedge within 2 days. I was so happy with the service that I deleted my old review (I didn’t want to edit it at all after this great effort by the shop)
