El Pacifico — Restaurant in Ligonier

A few weeks ago I went here to get takeout tacos. This was my order...10 tacos (not meals), 4 cheese Quesadillas (not meals) and 2 orders of chips and salsa. Now I am the first to admit that it is my own fault for not paying more attention or getting a receipt but, they charged me $86!!!! Then I must have hit the tip button upon checkin out because on my credit card statement it was a charge of $100!!! Now, I will NEVER go back there but how dirty are you? Working people do NOT need to be charged double for food!!! Then get it home and it is only 8 tacos, 4 cheese Quesadillas (not meals) and 2 orders of chips and salsa (Small enough for a child)!!!! RIP OFF!!!! THANKS EL PACIFICO FOR MAKING SURE WE NEVER RETURN FOR YOU TO CHEAT...

Food tasted fine (hot & fresh & plenty of varity). Salsa was a little too salty for some (I liked it).

Service needs improved (be more familiar with menu, set table with chips & salsa & utensils before being asked). Responded promptly when asked.

For large groups, provide salsa bowls for each customer & multiple chip baskets. It's a pain to reach over each other to grab chips & salsa when sitting at a long table.

Staff was friendly & responsive.

Restaurant & restrooms were clean & presentable.

El Pacifico has great food. It is very clean and a great place to meet friends. Many of their customers are Hispanic, and I consider that to be a good sign of authenticity. I usually order three tacos al pastor (marinated pork) deluxe on flour tortillas with rice and beans. Their Spanish rice is excellent. They also have El Jarrito drinks and Michoacana ice cream bars.
