Chinese Buffet — Restaurant in Ligonier

Their food was ok after my second serving of the general chicken I started to develop a stomachache. There chicken rice was very good but it was also cold an that a heath code violation and my ice cream from the freezer had extremely bad freezer burn and I took it into my own hands to look at there other ice creams and many of them were freezer burned it like they had been in there for at least a month. They also had this brown ish pudding type consistent at their desert table and it was like a dark brown ish green ish at the bottom and some were cracking up on top. My mom had something with mushrooms an they were very cold we had the seafood mix an like the whole thing was filled with onions more then seafood part and some of the onions weren’t even cooked the wall beside are table was filthy with dirt and food this place just needs to be shut down it’s...

I was worried when I got here, but the flavors we're very good. The place feels a bit run down, but I was pleased with everything I tried. On the day I went I overheard the owner talking about not ordering enough food. The just reopened for dine-in and it had been a year that they were serving takeout only.

I did notice a few odd dishes like instead of beef and broccoli, they had chicken and broccoli. Again the flavors we're really good, just a little different than what I expected to see. The price did seem just a little high compared to other quality...

Food was very dry and somewhat burnt, perhaps due to not being busy enough. Had to wait several minutes for pans to get filled with food. Again, I'm not sure why as the restaurant was not busy. Other process that could be a factor for poor quality taste is that instead of replacing the entire pan of food, it is that they pour hot fresh food in old pan and mix with the food that has been setting out for sometime now. Waitress staff was good. Unfortunate for them that they seem to always get the negative wrap...
