My wife and I eat here often, we live just nearby down the road and we usually go here for taco Tuesdays, usually are very happy with the quality. I’ve been eating at these restaurants since I was 19 years old, I often tell people to go to this restaurant, but tonight was my worst night I’ve ever experienced. To start, the lady working the drive-through window was incredibly rude, and basically shoved the food in my face without saying a word. I ordered a burrito and an enchilada, when I opened the container, the burrito was half wrapped, and was falling all over the place, and was actually laying right on top of the enchilada, and they were both nearly one burrito together, the shredded beef inside was very tasteless and the entire thing was incredibly sloppy. The food was basically falling out of the side of the container too. I literally told my wife that “we paid $13 for a container full of slop. “ I literally felt like we just poked and prodded at a container full of slop with forks and basically ate what we could out of it, you cannot hold the burrito with your hands, it was so greasy and sloppy, only about half of it had meat in it, the other half was just non-cooked vegetables and grease dripping everywhere. It was a pathetic excuse of a burrito, and some of the worst money I’ve ever spent on food to be honest, usually I don’t leave bad reviews like this, but this one was just really bad. I don’t plan to stop here anymore. Food is expensive as it is, and I don’t need to be spending my hard earned money on sloppy food like this, and I would encourage you to do the same, and spend your money elsewhere. If Super Taco had a drive-through, I would...
Read moreJust had an order of six mini tacos with Jamaica that my girlfired and I were gonna share, and when we got home to eat my first thought was "wow they really packed the tacos with meat and didn't skimp out", only to be let down moments later when I almost threw up because the meat tasted like it was old and rotten. We tried to go back with most of the tacos still on the plate to see if we could get a refund, but instead were greeted by a rude cashier at the drive-through. When we told him what had happened, he immediately responded, "la carne es de hoy," when you can literally smell that the meat was not right. We repeated that it was not edible and asked for our money back and were told that he would not be doing that and to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. The guy at the drive-through said his name was Juan but not really sure if that's his real name, but it's the name he gave us.
Update Went back the next day and they did refund us our money. Haven't had any issues before, other than last night, so that's why I'm also updating the 1...
Read moreAs a D’ Leon’s lover and advocate, this is by far the worst d’ leons in Lincoln! I ordered a hash brown burrito (my go to at other d’ Leon restaurants), an order of chips and cheese, ground beef burrito and an order of cheese enchiladas. 1. The chips and cheese is a meal that could’ve costed me nothing because it’s just microwaved cheese on chips ( which are not fully melted and I could’ve made at home). 2. The enchiladas, again, were Tortillas with unmelted shredded cheese inside with lettuce on top. 3. The ground beef burrito I ordered under up looking like a pulled pork burrito and was very soggy and fell apart at first glance. 4.The hash brown burrito was VERY UNDERWHELMING. Overall, this was a very sad experience for me because I LOVE d’ Leon’s and I payed a lot more than what I have received and will NOT...
