Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

The last few times we've attempted to order from this location using the app, the order won't go through. The app tells me to contact the store. Which the first time this happened they were able to help me. The second time the app did this we just got food else where. This is the third time this has happened in a row. Tonight I contacted the store like the app said to. They told me they didn't have my order. I asked if I can put it in over the phone. The guy said usually they aren't allowed to but yes he would. Then he proceeded to say no his manager wouldn't let him and to call the order line to put in my order. So I hung up and called to attempt to place my order using the system. It informed me the order was abandoned (I never even started an order on the phone) and then somehow sent me back to the store where a different guy answered, then without any greeting or warning rudely said I need to call the online number and hung up. I have no idea why this keeps happening and I do enjoy this locations pizza but I don't think I deserved the rudeness I received. I still have no idea why the call got rerouted to their location but if I called the wrong number I feel like they should've at least given me the opportunity to ask for the...

At the time of this review there is a great takeout special, so I've been ordering and picking up more pizzas lately. The quality of the pizza is good, especially when it's hot. My only concern is for the workers, it always seems really busy, and everyone looks tired and run down. That being said, everyone absolutely works hard and is helpful and professional. As for the actual facilities, it's in a little mall with a second hand store and a parking lot in need of repaving, and is just for pickup, there's no dining room. The customer area is clean, and the payment systems are newer and work well. I also want to highlight the excellent app, ordering with my phone works great, and it's tied to the physical locations really well. The progress of your order is shown in the order tracker and alerts, and also works great. Tying web apps like this to brick and mortar locations is difficult, but they seem to have nailed it. Finally, for those with covid concerns, there is a plexiglass guard protecting the kitchen from the front counter that's integrated well, and there is an option for them to bring your food to your car for takeout orders. 5 stars for decent food, service, and outstanding app integration....

We order from this store pretty often. We were very pleased with this store at first but it’s just about time to either switch stores or stop going to Domino’s. We order our pizza’s well done and as I said before they were perfect every time, now not so much. We order double cheese, light sauce and usually get cinnamon bread twists with our order too the last 4-5 times our pizzas have had extra sauce, barely any cheese and under cooked. Our cinnamon sticks under cooked and a drizzle of cinnamon on them. We’ve called about how unsatisfied we are with our order and get attitude each time and the person I’ve spoken to has said he is the manager. It sucks our business means so little to him. I’ve emailed what was said to be the corporate office and received nothing in return. Trying tonight to see if we get what we ordered and if not we won’t be ordering from them again and try a different store or be done with Domino’s. Hopefully it’ll be on point because Domino’s is our favorite.
