If I could give this zero stars I would. I waited in the drive through line for a good 15-20 minutes only for them to ring me up for the wrong order, then not have even MADE my sandwiches in the first place. I was never told my total, I’m still not sure if I paid the right amount or got the right change. When I got home the sandwiches weren’t made correctly!! One sandwich was on the wrong bread and one I ordered four different types of meat and paid for extra meat and they literally put BOLOGNA and very little of it at that. I’m so disappointed and I live far enough away where I’m not driving back to fix this...for the second time. There were at least 6 employees behind the counter and the inside of the store is closed due to COVID. This is unacceptable. Read moreI've been in the service industry for over 20 years and also work in sales and customer service for a large corporation. I appreciate and expect top notch service when staff deals with customers. I recently had a less than ideal experience while ordering takeout from the Subway app. It was a simple mix-up as my bank account was charged multiple times. Mistakes happen. Rather than letting the issue go by the wayside, Robert White, GM, made it right by calling me and inquiring about the situation and showing genuine concern, in addition to a personalized letter which included some coupons and a gift card. Wow! I wanted to send another thank you and appreciate Robert and the rest of his staff for going well above and beyond to make this situation right....

He even squeezed my bag of chips and noticed there was air leaking and swapped them for another bag, just so I wouldn't get stale chips. I never even thought to do that.I was nervous about stopping here because I had to be at work in 15 minutes, AND there was someone in front of me.
