Manville Palace Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

We ordered food from the restaurant and was very very disappointed with the whole situation from waiting 2 hours for the 2 burgers we ordered 1 was the rodeo burger they offer, the other was the double bacon burger they offer both arrived to my door very cold and very very over cooked dry the fries that come with the burgers were cold and just down right gross I hate bad mouthing a business because I do understand things happen but when we reached out about the issues I was told I needed to speak to the owner and I waited for him to call and when he did he said that I could have a credit for the burgers I took that as I could order the sam dollar amount that was spent on the burgers which was 40 dollars, when I called to order my credit I was told that I could only get the burgers again that both me and my husband could not stand or a large cheese pizza I thought as a business that relays on there customers to keep them open that they would actually take care of the issues that arise in there astablicement in a professional manner not be told excuses on why there astablicement could not do the job right.......good luck ordering at this restaurant.......I know we wont be going back first time we orderd and will definitely...

We order 2 wraps one was a chicken salad on a white wrap with only feta cheese and banana peppers in it no tomatoes no lettuce they give me no feta no peppers and put in tomatoes and lettuce and fries which I said no to those and who puts fries in a wrap its disgusting then we called back were told a manager will call us in 20 45 mins goes by nothing my fiance called spoke to a boy I'll put cuz a man doesn't speak how this person did then I called as we are now approaching 12am and this cost us 70$ and I speak to a boy who was very rude and disrespectful for no reason at all I was asking for the managers name and number and one sentence he tells me we don't have our managers number and which I say yes I know you do everyone who works at any company knows there's managers number then he tells me oh he has it but won't give it out and hangs up on me it is almost the next day and still don't have our correct food!
