Came here with my sister yesterday and today. Yesterday’s service far surpassed today’s. I was in line, and one of the baristas called “I can take whoever is next.” So I gave her my order (their new specialty pumpkin loaf latte in a bucket with oat milk, decaf) and this barista looked less than eager to take my order. She looked like I was the world’s biggest inconvenience or she looked like she wanted to die… probably both. When she asked if there was anything else we wanted, she also seemed extremely annoyed, even tho I said no. And she just walked off and started our coffees. I asked my sister and myself multiple times if there was something I said or something I could have done to make her feel like that, because I first thought it was something I personally did. I genuinely feel bad for this individual because she seemed to have had a day from Hell. She called out our coffees and just dropped them on the counter and ran off into the back, her coworkers patting her on the back and telling her “it’s okay, take your break!!” Now, I don’t know this young lady, but I hope she had the day she deserved and if it was something that I said, I apologize. But whatever issue she had before I walked up, or during her morning is NOT my fault, and I refuse to be treated like this by anyone. She needs to leave her issues at the door, and not project on customers.
Otherwise, my pumpkin loaf latte was bomb. Just awful service today, and is making me question if I would like to return.

Read moreOk I'll be real with you, you probably saw their fluff drink or the bucket on social media and that's why you're going. If that's why you're going than that's fine, just be prepared to wait 30 mins outside for that picture perfect drink. If you just want a coffee, maybe check out another local place. I went because of the bucket, I love coffee so I want to hold more coffee than I should drink at one time in my hand. Parking is tough, literally had to do a 97 point turn to get out, people parking all over. You are waiting, no matter the time of day. This was unexpected for us since we purposely went a Tuesday at 1030 am thinking it would be empty. Well it wasn't, so you're not sitting inside because you'll be crammed it's constantly full because it's a literally cubby. Because it's so small there's only 3 girls working and they can only go so fast. The coffee was ok, I did the fluff. It taste like PB and you get clumps of marshmallow. Really sweet, not what I would normally drink but fun to try. I prefer more coffee flavor. The food was ok. The outside patio would have been cuter to sit at had there not been a constant line and also someone had smoked and dropped a pack of cigs butt on the ground earlier.
Overall if you're going for the pic of your drink, fine. But the girls working were miserable, I was miserable smooshed inside, and the coffee was meh. I wouldn't go again unless the online hype dies down because it's crazy to have a constant line like this and people even saying in their reviews they drove 40 mins....
Read moreYesterday was our first visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant due to an employee — a woman with tattoos on the side of her face — whose attitude created a tense atmosphere. She appeared irritated, huffing whenever asked a question, and showed no patience toward customers.
Despite this, we decided to give your business another try today. This time, we were helped by a very sweet and professional employee. However, the same woman from yesterday, who I assume is a manager, was openly swearing and behaving in an extremely unprofessional manner. She even threw money into the tip jar as if she were disgusted. This created a hostile work environment for the staff and made patrons, including myself, feel very uncomfortable.
We drove 35 minutes to visit your location, expecting a positive experience. Instead, I felt like I was walking on eggshells just trying to place an order. If this is how a manager treats both employees and guests, I can only imagine how stressful it must be for the staff who have to work alongside her every day.
Customers are what keep a business operating, and behavior like this will drive them away. I strongly urge you to address this issue. On that note your brother witnessed it himself he was the only highlight of positivity in the place to not have...
