Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

I went here today for a business meeting. I grabbed a bottle of water out of the cooler by the register and got scolded by the lady behind the counter stating I was not allowed to get water out of their cooler and now they had to sanitize it. I apologized stating there was no sign saying it wasn't self serve. But then while we were waiting for our coffee to be made it was repeated another 3 times by other employees. I understand everyone's rules our different but don't treat a customer badly and scold grown adults for something they were not informed of if you don't want someone touching something put a sign up or don't have anything out. went through the drive through and the barista said the order was like 14 dollars for 2 drinks. my girlfriend works at a scooters and has an employee discount and the blonde girl said the discount is added even though it wasn’t. i asked for a receipt, and for some reason she said she wasn’t able to get it printed even tho it literally printed in front of my face. i checked on the scooters app later and it was the amount she charged me for on the app without the discount so the discount was never added. extremely annoying and would not recommend going here. the baristas don’t care about the customers sadly. i will say the baristas on weekday mornings are really nice, it’s just the blonde girl that works...

Went there for coffee and a cookie. After ordering the cookie, they say they are all out and offer to replace it with a cake pop (which costs less, but I digress). After agreeing, I pick out my replacement item. They agree and come back out saying that item is out of stock too. Know your inventory! Eventually I asked for a refund, and was told by the barista “I don’t think I have authority to do that”… okay then get me someone who can?? Eventually got it figured out, but this whole situation could have easily been avoided by knowing what is out of stock. After that, they didn’t even put the little sign saying they were out of cookies. Hope nobody else had to waste...
