Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

Everytime I come here and ask them to make the sandwich my way they talk back. I don't ask for much but at this point I am fed up with the disrespect. One of the time I came in I ordered the new hot honey chicken while I was eating it back at work I found a bone in the sandwich. All I thought was going to happen was either a refund or new sandwich. Did I get yes but after they argued with me basically calling me a liar. Now, when I order it's online trying to save time since I only have a 30min lunch. Multiple time after picking my meal and rushing to get back to work I would find my order wrong and have to make a trip back to get it correct. Now when I order online I push through as I am arriving to watch them make it correctly. They still get it wrong sometimes which i catch since I am there. I told them in the instructions I wanted my sauce on first which she proceeded to argue with me state it's not there. I asked her to look at the instructions again which she finally read the special instructions. I didn't want to leave a bad review but it does not look like they are improving. So when right food is great but customer service sucks. I wish I could go somewhere else but like I said I got 30 mins cant really go anywhere else without risking being late for lunch. My family and I ordered two spicy italian sandwiches last night and this morning all of us are sick to our stomach. It has been a rough day trying to work and having severe stomach pain from what appears to be food poisoning. I contacted the establishment and instead of saying sorry she defended that their produce and meats are fresh. Perhaps its not the produce or meat but the way things are handled in terms of cleanliness. The establishment looked clean and the people were nice but to argue with a customer when I call to let them know they may want to ensure everything is washed and fresh as we all got sick is not the way to handle it. I am trying to prevent this from happening to...

I went here because the sourdough sandwich place was becoming $13-15 for a sandwich so I thought I’d come back for their deal of the day. My gosh. The lady was literally pinching 🤏 the food to where you could count 5 pieces of lettuce or whatever you asked for. When I asked for more because it was so little, it was a smaller pinch than before! I tried to pre order thinking maybe if someone else does it it’ll be better. No. They definitely are cheating you out. You couldn’t even tell the sandwich had anything on it when taking it out. I’d rather go across the street and pay an extra $5-6 for a sandwich that’s actually stuffed than bread...
