Dragon Drive-In — Restaurant in Lindale

Learned this place was opened in 1972 and still going strong - obviously they are doing something right. Our group of eight rolled up at 9:30 for breakfast. Our first time here. Smallish inside dining so we were pleasantly surprised there was a table for eight available even with many of the other tables occupied. The food was outstanding and very filling - generous portions. If you like a good biscuit you'll certainly love theirs! The owner and employees were all very friendly and attentive. A $9 breakfast and I could barely eat it all. Will most definitely return.

Was told to grab a table, we did but it was still dirty from previous diners(it was only one available) took them 20 minutes to clear the table and that's only because someone finally asked what we would like. Then waited another 25 minutes for a simple order for 2 people 🙄. Of course needed another drink by this point and come to find out,no refills.Had to purchase a whole other drink. Get the food,cold fries and bacon on my sandwich was so over cooked it didn't resemble bacon anymore. Had to use the bathroom and it's very old,dingy and dirty looking. The Dragon Drive in is close to where I work and we only get 30 minutes for our first break I go there every day that I work and even in the Rain the employees come out if the line is long to get your order early so to get customers through the door I don't know why fast, not only that they have remembered my order to the point where they asked me if I want the same thing that's good old fashion service,I suggest for breakfast the bacon egg and cheese on toast with or without mayonnaise it is awesome and reasonably priced thank you...
