I had to wait way too long to get my food, and I was a carry-out customer. It seems like they put the walkins to the side and get to them when they are done getting their deliveries ready. But, this last time, (Wednesday, March 22nd, 2017.) I ordered on the app (hoping it would help speed up the process) That definitely didn't help. I placed my order and it was SUPPOSED to be ready at 6:27pm. at 6:45 I spoke to the manager and I said, "I know that you guys are short handed, because every time I go in there, the employees are talking about how the owner won't hire any help. Anyway, I told the manager that my order said it was ready at 6:31pm, but it was nowhere to be found. the walk-in customer behind me was having the SAME PROBLEM, they sent both of our orders as deliveries. Read moreSo, the last time I placed a Pizza Hut order online, we ordered from the Pizza Hut in Rome & we usually order from Lindale. I didn't think about changing the pickup location. So, I get to Lindale Pizza Hut & the lady politely told me she had no orders. She was kind enough to rapidly take my order & even had it ready a few minutes before the promised time. We've been patrons of Lindale Pizza Hut since it opened. My orders have always been correct. Everyone has always been super nice. The only thing I wish is that they still delivered to my address. (We have a Lindale address but we live on the HWY 27 side of Booze Mountain.) As for our orders, we're usually pretty basic with nothing too extreme. My young daughter of course has to have an extra extra cheese pizza, light on the sauce, which they always seem to accommodate. She's also crazy about the Hershey brownie. My husband occasionally gets wings, which he gobbles right up. I don't have any complaints...
Read moreI've had a couple issues here. 1st time they gave my order to someone else who left with it and brought it back. They gave me the order she had taken outside and didn't think this was an issue. They also told me that it hadn't been paid for even though I paid online. Next time they were out of something I had ordered. They took it off my bill and somehow I wound up being charged twice. I brought this to the employee's attention and was told I needed to calm down. And that it's not their fault they were out of the item. She didn't even listen to what I had to say about being charged multiple times. I had to get my bank account up and show her several times before she understood. I was told I would have to come in the next day to speak to the manager. I called my bank and had it straightened out the same day. Just all around bad service and bad attitudes here. And although I know that they wont care, I won't...
