I'm not giving a star in food or service because they do not deserve a 1star review . I give 0 stars . And the store wasn't even clean when my husband went to pick up my food . I ate half of one half of my foot long before I realized I wasn't tasting what I wanted to . There is 4 small slices of tomatoes not extra anything . There were 4 black olives on both halves . No oil . No vinegar . ONE banana pepper. I called and spoke to the GM !!!! THE GM TOLD ME TO BRING MY SANDWICH BACK INTO THE STORE AND THEY WOULD PUT THE TOPPINGS ON MY SANDWICH ?!?!?!??? who brings food back behind the counter after it has made it into a customers hands and home . I wanted a remake on the sandwich and she said no. Because there was a BOGO deal online my sandwich was free so I get what I get. I'm not going to this store ever again . Disgusting as hell. And I called the store a half hour before my order and asked to speak to a manager and was told she was outside on a personal call . Took 10 minutes for GM to go back into the store and be able to answer my simple question . I do not want them to touch my food AGAIN I wanted to get a remake . Unprofessional staff .poor management . Ohh and when I called they were relating messages to the GM in another language bc she didn't want to answer the phone , then took the phone to speak in English ? Never again will I be going back . I recently lost a family member and had to run in to get five or six subs for family that was helping to get everything sorted out. We were all from out of town, and to say life is stressful for all of us, that would be an understatement.
I walked in, and a great lady asked me what I needed. I gave her an overview, and I really was in no mood to have to make decisions.
She immediately told me what I needed and helped me get sorted out, put it all in a nice box after cutting all the sandwiches into quarters.
I really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to tell her I was in a bad way, and things were not going well for me this week. She just kind of sensed that I needed some help, I think, and made it work. It's always the people who make the difference at these big chains.
It's hopeful that Subway takes pretty good care of their people because these are the kind of people that companies need working for them.
