This place can't get right. Everytime they mess up orders, and if you are unhappy about it, they don't care. They'd just assume ban you, as opposed to learning to do things right. What ever they serve you even if it wrong just smile and eat it, or else you'll have the sheriff called on you.
Since the head manager doesnt seem to know how to teach kids how to do custoner service...
Listen Sympathize Offer solutions Never insult the customer Never complain about their attitide 6.acknowledge fault If you can't satisfy lets someone else try Ask the customer what they feel fair resolution is Confirm that the customer is completely satisfied with the resolution to avoid bad online reviews.
If employees just do steps 1 and 2 they will avoid escalating the customer.
But hey not every manager should be running two restaurants. Especially when they havent proven they can do even 1 right.
The manager not only does she not teach kids how to do customer service, but she refuses to talk to the customers who are upset because the kids didn't know how to do customer service. She's doing such a great job at teaching those kids that she's not even the willing to talk about her...

I had my girlfriend come in from Dallas area to see me on a suprise visit and she was starving and so was I because I had been working on a project. The only thing open was subway so I decided to go there. I expected a young rude employee to not care and give me a half way decent sandwich but to my surprise I had a GREAT experience last night! The young man with dark hair was very nice, polite, and made our sandwiches perfect with a big smile! You know who you are! Keep up the good work and that kind of work ethic will get you places in life!...

The bread was pretty dry, including my children's meatball sandwiches, which they usually always finish. But at this location, they both asked if they could have more sauce for the side of bread that had nothing on it....and then they charged 2.00 more! Really? We will not return. When I was employed at a Subway in Lindale, we could add any extra sides for free, save for meat or cheese. Please the customer, or you will have no customers before long.
