Tony's Pizza Lindsay — Restaurant in Lindsay

Ok, so they ended up giving our pizza to someone else on accident, but they made up for it by replacing the pizza we ordered plus giving us another pizza and potato wedges for free. So this is why I ended up giving them a 4 on service. Overall they made up for the fault and then some.

Another issue I had was they seemed to have switched the Dr pepper and Pepsi at the fountain. They attempted to fix it multiple times but it kept tasting like Dr pepper. And I despise Dr pepper, and I love Pepsi. So I'm sure that was a much bigger deal for me than most other people.

The 3rd and final thing for me was I did not like the taste of the pizza at all. I don't think this is the fault of any of the workers there, it's probably just a recipe I don't care for. My wife didn't like it either. It's almost like how some people like prego and some people like ragu.

Side note: I thought the bread sticks...

I have always gone to Tony’s pizza in Lindsay and always order the same pizza. Tonight I placed my order with a gentleman who was in to big of a rush to even make sure my order was correct. I picked up my order and when I got home my pizza was not what I wanted and was thrown together terribly. With every bite I either got a mouth full of onion or bell peppers. When I decided to call and let them know my issues, the same man that took my order answered the phone again. He was very nice and understanding until he realized he was the one who had taken my order, then he began raising his voice and getting defensive. At the end he yelled at me not to call there again and hung up on me. I have always been treated very nicely and enjoyed my pizzas from Tony’s. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WORTHLESS MANAGER!!!

I sent my brother in to pick up two pizza's. He was there for a little over an hour and walked out empty handed because they didn't have them ready. "30 minutes", they said when he ordered. Then it was "5 more minutes", then "20 minutes", then "15" minutes! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I called and asked for the manager, I was very polite and yet he refused to give me his name. I ask about what happened and he gets off the phone and puts someone else on the line to argue with me. ABSOLUTELY unprofessional behavior by the manager, who clearly couldn't handle a simple question and just passed on the phone to his rude employee!
