Came in on a whim and wanting to try a new place. Kabob Zone did not disappoint! The restaurant was extremely clean and was surprisingly quiet. While they seemed busy with online orders, the service was extremely attentive. They have a good selection on the menu--we went with an order of butter chicken and the ground beef kabob. The portions were very generous and the food was amazing! When we ordered, he did not it would be about 15-20 minutes, but it was probably closer to ten. Everything tasted extremely fresh--and the menu notes that the naan is made fresh when you order. The difference in taste is worth any wait. Both meals came with chickpeas (very good, not spicy), seasoned rice, side salad (crisp!), white tzatziki style sauce, and a jalapeño green chutney (flavorful, not too hot for me)! Butter chicken was great, as expected, with juicy chicken. Beef kabob was plentiful. When you are ready to pay, you can clear your tray (trash at the front) and head to the register. Super casual, but also super tasty. Came with our toddler and they have plenty of seating and were friendly to her.

Catered my son's first birthday party with Kabob Zone in Manassas. Mario and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh, piping hot, and delicious. Every single guest was blown away with how everything tasted. We had enough to send everybody home with a little bit and they all wanted to continue to eat but eventually we're so stuffed that they literally had to take some home. We've been eating from this location once a week since we found them over the summer we've tried every single menu item and there has been nothing that we haven't liked every single thing it's fresh hot and delicious every single time. Don't think about eating from here just do it and you won't regret it you will be a lifelong customer. Seriously, I wish I found them sooner!

I pre orderd ahead of time online for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant my order was still being prepared. The staff member was apologetic and polite but was very busy. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed. One worker played the role of host, cashier, wait staff, and food runner. There were about 4 tables sat, 2 of which were large groups. This establishment in my opinion isn't Ideal for groups over 4 people. Now for the food. I ordered the Chopan Kabob plate. The food was presented nicely but was underwhelming. The lamb while tender was bland. The chickpeas were good and the rice while flavored with saffron was just ok. The amount of food was plentiful for the price. Overall it was filling.

Butter Chicken – 5/10 Expected a rich, creamy, and buttery gravy, but it fell short. The flavor was average and didn’t live up to its name. • Lamb Karahi – 2/10 Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment. The dish lacked flavor, had whole chunks of onion and tomato, and felt unfinished. • Chicken Roll – 6/10 Tasty and well-prepared. • Garlic Naan & Butter Naan – 10/10 These were excellent—soft, fresh, and flavorful. Presentation – 2/10 Dishes looked rushed and unappealing—more like takeout or food truck level rather than dine-in. This really took away from the dining experience. Service Experience: 0/10 When we shared our concerns about the food—particularly the lamb karahi—the male staff at the counter responded rudely and became defensive instead of listening. That lack of professionalism was the most disappointing part of the visit. Final Thoughts: Kobob Zone has great potential: a clean space, strong menu, and good bread items. However, the food quality (especially curries), presentation, and customer service need serious improvement. I hope management takes this feedback constructively—it could make a...
