Still waiting on a response from Domino's customer service over 24hrs later during both the regular weekday workweek and their normal business hours after my local store locked their doors and, supposedly, threw away my food while I was walking towards the store with the store already in sight and literally as a delivery driver was leaving the parking lot to make a delivery. Associate told me sorry they were closed and that he ALLEGEDLY couldn't hear me thru the door but wouldn't crack it to hear me even when I offered to back way up away from the door or talk to him over the phone under preferential terms (preferential for him; not myself). However, responded to those offers perfectly fine so did hear me great at that point which was 2 seconds after claiming he couldn't hear me at all thru the locked door. And no one told me they were closing anytime soon at all when I called to order at 11:55pm on Sunday evening. The store I work at is sure to inform all customers multiple times that we're closing in approx. however many mins til 6pm (our closing time) at least twice and up to 4+ times from 5:30pm until we lock up and will gladly stay open a little later if we know customers are enroute and will b there already still anyways much like the dominos employees were that night. Would make much more angry if I wasn't so sad...literally waited 2 decades for a pizza chain to come to my town after I first moved...
Read moreI ordered my food it got done at 8:25 come around 9 I called the store and asked when it will be delivered the guy said whenever there’s a driver available I said ok then proceeds to tell me my food will be fine under a lamp when it finally got delivered around 9:30 over an hour later from when I food was done the delivery driver was so rude he was talking crap to my boyfriend for us calling and just asking about our food and proceeds to keep talking crap and walks away we kept saying it was fine we just wanted to know what was going on. My food was cold and hard as a rock. Both the delivery driver and the person on the phone was not very kind. I work in the food industry to understand sometimes it gets busy but all I wanted to know was an update and for my food not to be cold we didn’t get an apology for the wait or anything. Read moreWe ordered out for pickup. Drove a half hour to pick up. Got home and noticed it was the wrong order. I called them up and talked to Dustin was told my order was still sitting there. Drove 30 minutes to return the wrong order and pick up mine. Employee was rude like we inconvenienced him. When we got home and went to finally have dinner. One of the pizzas literally had a hole in and the entire pizza was stuck to the box. In the trash it went. The other was supposed to be extra cheese bacon and pepperoni. I think they dumped the toppings in the middle and that was it. This was at the Lisbon Maine Dominos.
