This locatoon is the worst. Our orders are rarely correct. When you go inside to have them fix it, they are rude and unapologetic. Today is the last day that I will ever step foot in that store. I purchased 2 of the 2017 Dunkin Community mugs that allows one free hot or iced coffee every Sunday. They have been filling them every week for the past 50 weeks. Today, Sunday, Xmas Eve, when my husband brings the mugs in to fill ( as we usually do on Sunday mornings) the manager states that they will only fill one because it's one per person. When he asks about the policy and why all of a sudden it's changed ( because we filled them both Last Sunday) She explains that its "their policy". He comes home and tells me this and I immediately call to discuss this. I purchased 2 mugs and therefore should be allowed to fill them both, but because my husband was by himself, they refused. I asked when the policy changed and she said that they had a conference call with upper management earlier in the week that stated this. I asked for the name and number for the district manager and she refused to give it to me. The Manager / Stephaine Mattson, stated , "that if I didn't like the policy, then too bad" . She raised her voice and then stated that she didn't have time to deal with my issue because some of her staff had walked out and it was Xmas Eve and very busy and then hung up on me. This is not how one should treat a valued customer. My husband took the mugs to another location 5 miles down the road and the Manager there had no problem...
   Read moreThe Dunkinâ Donuts in Lisbon Falls is THE WORST!!! I never go to Dunkinâ Donuts anymore because of them. They are always out of espresso beans so they canât make lattes, they never have the flavors that they advertise and have all over the signs on their menu, and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Every time I used to go there I would have to go back to get the rest of my order. And if you order from the app and they donât have an item, they just wonât give it to you and when you go back to ask for it they tell you they canât refund your card because you ordered through the app. Any time I have ordered bacon avocado toast they never toast the bread. It is always a cold and soggy and clearly never seen heating element. One of the most frustrating things was when I would order flavored coffees and 9 times out of 10 they would be just plain, which I do not like and would have to dump it down the drain. All of these things might be small, and I certainly understand that mistakes happen. But when you are paying for an item, and not asking for it to be custom or anything- you literally just want the regular old items that you ordered, and when these things are happening literally every time you go there, it gets super annoying- like to the point where you stop going there...
   Read moreBecause I'm generally a fan of Dunkin Donuts, I'm being generous with 2 stars. Unfortunately, that's as far as my generosity goes in regards to this particular Dunkin Donuts branch.
Due to the close proximity (a minute away from my house), I wanted to be a regular patron, but the horrible management made that difficult.
On several occasions, I went in the evening, an hour or two before they closed, to order a chai drink and was told by the young people working there that they'd already turned off all the machines. They never offered to turn them back on or explained why they thought it was acceptable to shut down at least an hour before closing.
I eventually made a complaint online and the branch owner responded and promised to look into it, but about a week later it happened again.
That's the biggest issue, but the lack of inventory is also problematic.
After repeatedly trying to order donuts, only to be told that they were all out of everything I could think of to request, I eventually realized that I needed to ask what I could order vs telling them what I wanted to order.
