My wife and I made the drive to Nourish to try it as part of our coffee trail through the Rescue Mission.
Coffee shop is in a nice location in the center of town. Not a huge shop but set up nice with seating and lightly decorated. Environment is pleasant with big windows in the front.
Staff was friendly. My wife just got a plain coffee and I tried a cinnamon roll latte. Both were pretty good and came quick. We also ordered food. I opted to order the Midwest breakfast bowl while my wife ordered the toast and a yogurt parfait.
We sat awhile sipping coffee. Unfortunately, after 40 mins the food never arrived. We were in a but of time crunch and live 30 minutes away so I asked for a refund. Staff was apologetic and it appears the order likely never made it to the kitchen. We saw some other orders trickling out, which is why we waited. They did give us a coupon for a % off our next purchase.
We took the refund and began to make our way back home. In a rush, we didn't realize till after that the team only refunded us $6 and some change of our $24 order.
I never like to leave an unfavorable review. While the coffee wasn't bad, it is unlikely we will make the trip back based on the experience. We can't speak to the food quality, though what we saw didn't look bad ? If you live closer, our experience was likely a fluke and it could be...

I ordered the avocado toast and added bacon for a small additional charge. It was delicious—fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying. The bacon was perfectly crisp, adding a savory contrast to the creamy avocado. I also tried their vanilla latte, which was surprisingly better than what you’d find at most national chains—smooth, rich, and not overly sweet.
The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. One of the most heartwarming touches was their “Pay It Forward” board, where customers can pre-purchase items for others in need. It’s a beautiful, community-focused gesture that sets Nourish apart.
Overall, highly recommend this spot if you’re in Lisbon. Whether you’re in the mood for a tasty bite, a great cup of coffee, or just want to support a place doing good in the world, Nourish is well...
Read moreI just want to start out saying that I'm a person that likes to support local businesses. But, I'm going to be a little critical here. I'm going to start out with the positive. The taste is there. I'm all for spending a little extra to support local, but the price for JUST the turkey pesto sandwich was $9.49 and the substance just wasn't there. 👎I was expecting a hearty sandwich at that price. The wait time was a little bit more than expected. The sign in the shop said there was lavender lemonade but yet they didn't have any lemonade. I was told it's out of season but it's still September and it's 80° today. 🙆 There are no bathrooms like another...
