Sam's Italian Foods — Restaurant in Lisbon

I ordered the Genoa as in Genoa salami and received not Genoa salami the footlong sub was not cut in half and because the vegetables were cut so large for instance a pickle spear that is 4 inches long or a wedge of tomato that literally is the size of an orange wedge or a middle slice cut in half it was impossible to even attempt to rip the sandwich in half and quite unmanageable to attempt to eat the entire foot long skinny sub in addition I asked for salt pepper oil and vinegar and received a bath of oil between the liquid from the pickles and the oil the whole sub roll with saturated and deteriorating within moments I cannot stress enough that this somewhat good sized sub was 99.9% pickles and tomatoes but I don't want to forget to mention the fact that there was so much white onion on my sub that I was in tears and had to pick up almost all of the white onions which probably should have been Vidalia or sweet onions if these people knew how to make in Italian I cannot stress enough how much this sandwich contains literally two very small pieces of cheese and 3 slices of not Genoa salami with an overwhelming amount of the ingredients coming from pickles and tomatoes there wasn't even any lettuce on the Italian did I forget to mention the fact that the vegetables or mostly tomatoes and pickles but also peppers were cut in such a way as though they didn't realize that I'm not Andre the Giant aside from the fact that they forgot to cut my sub in half drenched it with way too much oil cut the vegetables way too large but an overwhelmingly disproportionate amount of pickles and tomatoes well mostly pickles it was unbearably pickle-y, it was almost as if it was just a pickle sub with a garnish of meat and cheese and if you've seen their sub rolls they are not that spacious they may be long but they are not...

If I could give no stars I would! My mother and family went here and the absolute worst service ever! They did not do any of the meals correctly. My mother asked for it to be corrected and all the girls were huffy and puffy laughing at my mother. My mom simply asked for there names and they told her and also had to add a comment saying the customer is not always right. My mother said I will be calling the manager. The girls said she won't do nothing! They threatened to call the cops on my mom because she simply asked for there names and they were making fun of my mother. We will never be back here. I work in the restaurant industry and you would never catch me treating anyone like this unless I was being harmed or felt threatened. No honestly customers are not always right BUT they are a paying customer and just fix the problem so we have people come back! Super upset about...

I know someone who works there her name is Ryley- she took my order and proceeded to tell me my total without asking my friend her order- then after I turned and asked my friend what she wanted Ryley rolled her eyes and proceeded to take her order too- when we were done she repeated the order back to us and we agreed and we watched her make the sandwiches we paied for she made mine correct but for some reason because she “hates” my friend she ignored her request of no veggies just the genoa and provolone cheese and pepperoni and oil and salt and pepper- put ever veggie on it and then basically threw it across the counter at us. Not impressed by the red shirt on this girl as seeing that would make her manager on duty and in charge…...
