We have truly loved Romanos, ordering mutiple times weekly...recently we have been understanding when our delivery hasn't been up to standard with staffing etc. But continued errors with lack from management in correcting and compensating these mistakes has been unacceptable. As you can see the pics are a pita...which is completely missing the pita the top was crumbling in my hand. How this even made it out the door is poor quality control.

Went their last night befor apply world, can't complain about the food, but the service was disappointing... The lady brought us our bill I guess she though we was paying in cash šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø she waited for about 2 seconds came back and said do you need cash back? I said no... Guess she was trying to rush us out the restaurant... And thought NH was a tax free. State check out this receipt

Thank you for a fabulous college graduation party for our daughter! Our guests raved about your food and service. It was a perfect day to have the party outside. I would highly recommend others to talk to Keith, the owner, who is very accommodating when thinking of having a celebration!

I stopped going here a year ago and will never go back. I have no interest if they've "improved" or not since...

First time I tried this place it was my girlfriend and I after a night with a few beverages at Spooky World. The pizza was 'ok' but like I said we had been drinking and were late night starving. Since that evening I incidentally moved to the general area where Romano's is, close enough for an easy drive but just far enough that delivery worked also.

#1) Inconsistency - The food was never the same twice, and I mean like really never the same. Different size pizzas, cooked differently, topped differently, light sauce, too heavy sauce, not enough cheese, too much cheese. One time there was so much cheese on a pizza that you could see zero sauce not even around the crust, lol, no sauce at all. In fact the cheese was so much it was one giant round solid piece of cheese you could pull off all at once, almost as if it had been sliced horizontally from a cheese wheel and laid on my pizza. It was so bad I told people "this must have been like some high school kid being dared by a friend to put the most cheese ever on a pizza and see what happens". Awful lack of consistency at this place with no oversight.

#2) The bait and switch - I ordered a large Steak & Cheese sub in a 'sub roll' for pickup. I get to the place and the girl hands me an oddly shaped bag so I look inside. "What's this?". She replies "Oh that's a steak and cheese wrap" and then just looks at me like derp without checking the slip. I then say "Ok but I ordered it on a sub roll not a wrap". She looks at me and replies (and I kid you not) "Oh, well you're going to like it on the wrap it's really good!". I said "What?! I want what I ordered, a sub roll". So she rolls her eyes and goes back to the kitchen and whispers something to 'the chef'. 'The chef' then slowly looks up at me like a creep and gets an angry look about him, lol, then proceeds to unwrap the wrap and dump its contents into a sub roll, wrap it up, and hand it to the girl. Are you kidding me, lmao. I made it be known "I'm going to take this because I am really starving but what you just did is some cheap nasty bs". My 'new' sub was obviously dry as a bone because all the grease and some of the cheese was lost in the wrap. This was strike 2 and while the inconsistency was still off the charts.

#3) Ordering system and account - At some point they thought it would be a brilliant idea to start a 'new system' and without telling anybody in advance delete all account information including all forms of payment, multiple delivery addresses, literally everything in peoples accounts. At this point in time I had dropped well over $500 here in a short period of time and when asking about this they said "Yea it is what it is".

#4) Wrong deliveries - I order delivery for my work, they take it to my home. I order for my home, they take it to my work. It was so predictable I would wait for the call on a Sunday when they would deliver food to my job and nobody was there, lol. This was almost every delivery after the 'new system'.

#5) Delivery Hitman - The 'new system' didn't allow for tips so there was no way to tip in advance. And as we know if people pay by debit/credit they typically don't carry cash. I get a delivery to work and I get called to the front desk, I accept my pizza and I say "Thanks man, have a nice day!". Then the receptionist calls me back, "Hey this guy is still waiting out here, he says you never tipped him and he's angry". So I go back out there "Hey bro, it's not my fault it's your new system, I have no cash". He stood there about to totally freak out, so I say "Hang on dude, let me see what I can do". I literally panned for dollars in the office and got $3 from 3 people. I go back out and tell him that and he rips the $3 from my hand and storms off without a word.

Just yuck to everything. There's nothing Italian about this place either, they're so fake. I'm less intelligent for ever giving them a dime. The food was never 'good' it was always just 'acceptable'...

Not sure who is giving this place favorable reviews they must be drunk. We live two miles from this place and have eaten here about a dozen times out of lack of options and convenience for the LAST TIME.

Highway robbery. Expect to feel ripped off as the prices are astonishing. Two steak salads and friggin crappy sweet waffle breaded chicken strips $55. Extra for feta (didn’t get) extra for extra steak (we got 3.7 ounces - yes I weighed it) pathetic

Every, and I mean every single time we feel completely ripped off - can’t emphasize this enough

Ask for a cheese steak and you will get zero cheese, ask for extra cheese pay $2 and get one ounce (maybe) ask for extra extra cheese you will still not taste cheese

Their pizza is worse than chucky cheese

Dine in? Yup tried that too, 2 hours to eat entrees.

Steak - low grade fat sirloin that is flavorless

Ranch or blue cheese dressing? Both Tasteless, like the same thing but dill leaves in ranch

Sandwiches? Subway has better tasting subs that you don't need to pay $15 for not enough cheese

Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere, even the convenience store next door has better food in the freezer.

Pathetic, That’s it. And no I’m not an angry person or one to write bad reviews or high maintenance - this place is a rip off with absolutely sub par food. They are obviously making 70%+ profit margins on everything they sell because they sure aren’t spending it on quality.

do yourself a favor and skip it, its worth ten more minutes drive time alone in what you want be...

Since I live an 1/8th of a mile away, and there are not a lot of options in town, we order here once a month at least. For the last three years, so I feel I’ve collected enough data by now for this post. They almost never get the order correct. Sometimes they forget something altogether, or mess up multiple things. Considering we usually use their online order site where each order is customizable, it’s hard to believe that it isn’t intentional laziness. You fill out the form theyve created and pay for extra stuff only to be stiffed. Eating in is a better experience. If they do get it right, the food is ok. But I keep asking myself why I’m ordering here every time I do. The service is always good, delivery or eating in, but that’s not why I eat there. They could tell me I was ugly every time if the food was good and accurate. Again I ordered tonight, three toppings missing off my salad, my wife hates her food altogether and my kids marinara sauce spilled all over the bag...
